Looking for a local Mexican place in Gravette brought us to El Bohemio. The family of four ate well and enjoyed ourselves. Cheerful helpful staff. Great salsa.
I want to start with the positives - the service was great. The staff were friendly and attentive, and it was a chill atmosphere for a Sunday lunch after church. The salsa and queso were pretty good, and we were so grateful they gave us separate bowls for us to have our own salsa/queso. The rest of the food was a bit disappointing. We got tamales, steak taco salad, and enchiladas. The tamales looked like they were canned, I didn't taste them but my 11-year-old seemed happy enough. The red enchilada sauce tasted like tomato soup, and the green was sour. The veggies in the taco salad tasted and felt like they were a few days past the use-by date. The staff were the saving grace here, but we do wish we had a better experience with the food.
Great customer service. Salsa was tasty; chips were fresh. Horchata was good. Food was fantastic. All around great lunch and experience.
New to the area so we have been trying out different restaurants. The only negative thing I have to say is the salsa was the actual texture of water, unlike the other customer photos. Possibly a bad batch? Aside from that, delicious food and great service. We will definitely be back.
