At least this place isn't as rude as the others where they hang up in your face for asking prices. I didn't get a racist vibe from here. Can't say the same for others.
Poor customer service. The young woman acted as if she was inconvenienced by getting off the little step stool she was sitting on to help me. No smile, offer of info or suggestions.
My favorite hair place to get my wigs.
I have been to this store numerous times and always buy at least 2 wigs everytime if not more. Never had an issue until tonight. Arrived about 10 minutes before closing. I already knew which wigs I wanted. I asked the store clerk if she could please get down a specific one that I wanted that was up on a shelf she's stated no I cannot because we are closing in 5 minutes. There was no other customers in the store and there was another sales clerk there they just stood there and say anything either when I went to check out I was using my Visa gift card and she told me that they do not accept that type of payments when I've used that type of payments there numerous amount of times I just feel that she was too worried about getting up out of there instead of making the store money which is why the store is there she had a major lack of customer service in my opinion she was just lazy I highly doubt I'll be taking my business back there anymore and if she was my employee she would no longer have a job
My experience at ebony beauty supply was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in my life. When I was walking down each aisle to look for products there were two women who kept rotating and following me down each aisle. They act like they were the police rotating back-and-forth watching me the whole time .....it got so bad that it distracted me from shopping I just wanted to drop everything on the ground and leave. I was so disgusted!!!! not the place to shop or to buy anything. They don’t even deserve one star.
They're not the biggest hair (wigs) supply store but they're the nicest, most helpful ppl. They're product is very good and good price I recommend them highly. The ppl that work there are extremely helpful, whatever your need they'll help you with it. Check them out.
I just bought a Bob straight hair wig they black person at the cash register was very rude very poor customer service I didn't like my first time experience 4/9/22.
