Today, I had the pleasure of exploring Dunham Recreation Trails, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The trail is 1.8 miles long, and it loops around the park, providing a peaceful walk that takes about 30 minutes to complete. The atmosphere was tranquil, and I couldn't hear anything except for the sounds of nature. Although I didn't see any strollers around, I did notice several people enjoying a round of disc golf. This park offers multiple courses, making it a great destination for avid players. But what really caught my attention were the stunning cherry and magnolia trees lining the path. They added a pop of color and beauty to the already gorgeous surroundings. If you're looking for a quiet and serene walk, Dunham Recreation Trails is the perfect spot. You won't have to worry about any distractions, as this trail is all about immersing yourself in nature.
Always enjoy coming here and bringing the kids. So affordable, you just cannot beat it for the services you're getting. The food is good too and isn't very expensive.
The staff is always extremely friendly. I have two young kids, they love the 0 entrance, and warmed right up to venturing out and going down the slide in the middle. They provide life jackets and the guy I spoke to helped me pick the right size for my kids.
FYI-- pool prices for 2019 went up. Used to be $5/ day, across the board. Now it's $6 for under 18, and 55+. All others are $10. I was pretty shocked to see such a jump when we went the other day.
The family membership is also up to $180; used to be $150.
That being said, we enjoy this pool. It's a great size and has slides for little kids as well as 2 larger ones for ages 8+ . We go just about every weekend during the summer.
Very nice place. You have to book beforehand if you're going to celebrate a function there. But at this place you will be allowed to play soccer or baseball at anytime you want. They don't open the public restroom unless you booked that complex.
didnt like the frisbee golf course. grass needs cut really bad! very easy to lose a disc even if you go off the fairway the slightest bit. which did i mention the fairways are pretty narrow. would be a cool course if all the grass was cut equally. very open with lots of elevation changes.
This place is a DUMP!
CRC doesn't do a good job cleaning up all the trash people leave. The pool might be nice but the play land, the volleyball and the parking lot is disgusting!
The Arts Center offers a good variety of shows if you're interested in community theatre. Each production I've been to was very well done; Sunset Players always puts together a great show!
