I am super impressed with my nails that I had to write a review. I came in for a regular pedicure and a dip manicure. They had two different people work on my dip manicure - one took off my previous dip and did the dip for this one and the other did the shaping and top coat. I felt like they did this because they cared about getting it right and each lady had their own strong suit. I asked for an almond shape and it’s absolutely perfect!!! The lady who did the dip also did it in a gradient which I’ve never seen or had before and it looks fantastic. I was charged $85 for the regular pedicure and dip manicure. I’m not sure how much each was individually but that feels accurate. I ended up tipping them $50 to distribute between them as they saw fit cause I was just super impressed with them all!
The lady that did my nails was very nice and understanding. She matched my prom dress perfectly and the price wasn’t pricey. I got charged $70 for this set which is a reasonable price because I asked for ombré which uses powders and I also asked for gold. Overall i’m really satisfied with my nails and I can’t wait for prom.
It's been a minute since I've gotten my nails done there. Very clean, very nice. Quick service(Loved that!) professional and she didn't even cut me. Thank you Anne, I love my nails! I highly recommend.
My experience here was just okay the technician that's very quiet trying to speak with her didn't have much to say I asked for designs with my pedicure disregarding it painted all my toes and told me sorry next time then when I get to pay for their services they charge me $5 to take off my gel polish and I got a full pedicure doesn't taking off the gel polish come with a pedicure I didn't quite understand that and when I read their sign it is not on their at all so I feel like they overcharged me it was not posted in their shop and she said oh oh next time we will not charge you to take the gel polish off it will be free I've been to that place twice before and never did they charge me to take my gel polish off and then she said oh you need to tip the person who did your pedicure I had already tipped her you don't ask for it. If a person wants to tip then that's fine I don't know the experience wasn't all that I won't be back!!!
They were so nice and professional. The guy that did my nails was very patient with me and matched the design I wanted! 100% would recommend. Travelled from boston.
Nail tech Mai scratch my skin open during my hand massage and broke the skin after completing my manicure. Very disappointed ☹️ about the service I received.
So I'm being brutally honest....THIS Is my new spot!!!! Super clean, nice employees. I didn't get the name of the lady that did my mani/pedi. But I love them!!!!
I have been going to this place for about 1.5 years. I have noticed what they charge is never consistent. They vary their prices based on their own whims. I have been keeping track for awhile and always some excuse.
1/31/2022- Pedicure, fill, custom polish total 45.00 w/ 6 dollar tip. Total 51.00
3/10/2022- Pedicure w/gel polish, Callous removal, Fill, custom polish.
54.00 plus 8.00 dollar tip. Annie ran my card for 54.00. I told her I had no cash for tip. She said she canceled transaction and ran for 64.00. Few days later I noticed BOTH transactions on my bank account. I was nice and went in. They said I had to talk to Aaron, the owner. They took a picture of my receipt and bank statement. I called Aaron and we agreed to count the 54.00 towards my next service. BTW I was completely nice and understanding, also at my appointment I was seated, technician sat down. Customer walked in, tech got up, went to her per Aaron’s direction, and left me sitting at his table without a word! Another half hour wait.
4/2/2022- Made appointment. Aaron answered phone. Told me 11:00 AM.
I got there at 10:55. I did NOT make my appointment to be with Aaron, but was made to sit there until he was available, which was 11:30. My services were fill, custom polish, and 2 repairs (5.00 each for total 10.00). Was charged 60.00.
Bottom line is they do NOT follow posted prices. I recommend if you chose to go there have them write down your cost before you sit down anywhere, they may find a way to factor your chair into the cost. Rude, Inconsiderate, and leave your jewelry at home. I think they base their price on what jewelry you are wearing. I do NOT recommend this salon any longer. . On search for a new one.
