Looking over these reviews trying to find a near by salon for myself and 2 children I couldn't help but chime in as I am a business owner myself. Seeing the aggression from the owner because of a negative review automatically shows unprofessionalism to me. You cannot get mad young lady because a client feels how they feel. You will deal with positive reviews and negative reviews in the business field. You have to learn how to take them both and if it's negative learn your mistakes and correct them. The young lady stated that her apt was pushed back twice. Never once did she say the stylist wasn't good. That raises red flags right there. You think just because your stylists are good that makes them professional? It seems very unprofessional to push an apt back not only once but twice. If it was a client that canceled on you 30 mins before the apt you would charge full price correct? So show your clients the same respect. They should be charging you a late fee or a cancel fee as there time is just important as yours!

Dream girls is an awesome Salon. Tasia is my stylist and I been coming here for years! Since I been coming my hair has been growing and healthier than it has ever been. She has always been a welcoming and caring person and does my styles in a timely fashion. This Salon is the best I have ever been to!

Tasia Duff and Pookie are two of the best stylists in the triad area. They are always courteous and punctual for our appointments. I was treated like a queen while I was there. I was offered wine and a soothing massage to enjoy while I sat under the dryer which made the time seem to fly by. It was one of the best experiences I've had being at a salon. I also love how the stylists interacted with my daughter and asked her if she would like to watch cartoons while I was getting my hair done so she would not be bored. As a single mother, I often have to bring my daughter with me to my appointments and the fact that we were treated like family while we were there made it an amazing experience. Definitely 5 stars!!!! Thanks again ladies! I truly felt like a dreamgirl!!

This was the most unprofessional experience I ever had. I physically watched the stylist check her availability and give me a day and time for my appt. 2 hrs before my appt time she cancelled...via text, with no explanation or option to reschedule. After I opened the door to an alternative she rescheduled my appt only to cancel again an hour before. She had the audacity to send me the name and number of another business and lied to me about speaking with them about the situation. I was completely embarrassed when I contacted the shop and they had no idea what I was talking. When I contacted the stylist from DreamGirls to see who she spoke with she ignored me. I'm almost positive she couldn't even do the style I wanted. It's never again for me. No regard for my time and the unprofessionalism was at an ultimate high.

Ive been coming here for years and I absolutely love it. Pookey is the best! She takes great care of my hair. I also enjoy the massages from the shampoo girl, very relaxing. If your looking for a salon that's a step above the best check out Dream Girls...you won't be disappointed!

Dreamgirls is the best. Pookey has been making my hair dreams come true since 1999. I trust her with my hair and have never been disappointed. Tasia is responsible for my daughter's hair growth. She definitely has gifted hands. Love the atmosphere and I always feel welcomed and at home.

Tasia along with the other ladies are awesome stylists!! Whatever your function may be, they have a style for every event. I have been coming here for several years and absolutely love it.
