So bad

Friendly staff, great service, and amazing Shisha. No other shisha lounge in Newcastle can beat this place. I walk 40 minutes daily just to come all the way to this place even though there are plenty of shisha lounges where I live. Don’t be surprised by their modest prices cheap is not always bad!! I have noticed that they value their customers more than greedy financial gains.

Good music, good vibes. Really nice and friendly staff. I definitely recommend to go. Toilet are really clean. Sofas are really comfortable. Me and my friends really enjoyed it and will be back soon

This is arguably and unfortunately one of the worst shisha experiences I have ever had in the UK.

There were three problems with my experience: health hazard, hygiene, and shisha taste.

First, the coal is heated inside the area where you smoke shisha. We were seated near that area and we had to ensure the disturbing smell of burning coal.

Second, the hygiene of this place is very poor. Not only the sofas and the floors are dirty, the shishas are very old and look unclean. The poor hygiene of hose made it uncomfortable for us to hold it.

Lastly, there is a problem with the taste. They said that they say they offer '10£ alfakher and £13 for starbuzz flavors'. We tried one starbuzz flavor and this was not starbuzz! The taste was very close to metal.

We left after 15-20 minutes and we would never come back again.

A great place with many shisha flavours to choose from,both american and arabic flavours.The staff is very friendly and helpful and provides great services.One more thing to note is the music which is beautiful with a taste of modern pop, hip hop and arabic ariental genre.You should totally pay a visit when visiting Newcastle.
