As my niece said, the room looks like someone is going to be murdered in. I was married to a foreigner but this gentleman English was so broken. We were made to paid extra for my service dog. Which is against the law. Oh and there were an extra set of mattresses in the in room. Go a few more miles out of town and get urself a nicer place to stay.
Cockroaches, dirty room, an extra mattress and box springs without frame in room, microwave fiflthy, housekeeper threatened us with a $40 fee if we weren't out in 15 minutes and that was only ten minutes before check out. I watched him clean the room as we we're loading up and he used the towel I just showered with to wipe the tables down!! To top it off, I didn't use their linens but brought my own, I threw theirs on the floor, he put them right back on the bed. Did not even replace the sheets which I did use to clean my car windows with. Do not stay there. It's also know as a trap spot!!!
I would actually give it Negative 5 stars. The owner is rude and absolutely will not allow my girlfriend to to pay for more days so she can stay until after Christmas. He flat out said no.
This place is so trashy. The guy that owns the place doesn't like dogs & will give u a hard time. The manager stands creepily at the door and watches you get your things when you check out. We stayed here & when we walk into the room the smell slapped me in the face! Its bad... There were stains all over the sheets and towels. Wi-Fi hardly works. We got charged $52 plus $10 deposit for a $35 room. Ridiculous!!!???? You live, you learn.
The rooms smell BAD. It's poorly kept. I checked for bedbugs as soon as I got in.. And guess what? Small blood spots. Alllllllllll over the matress. NOPE. NOT TODAY. So when I asked for a refund, he was quick to say no. But I did not accept his no. I told him the issue I had. He was rude. VERY rude. Well, he eventually gave me a full refund. He was not happy about it. When I asked for a receipt, he refused to give me one (even though I got all of my money back, I still wanted one). STAY AWAY PEOPLE.
PLEASE STAY AWAY! Tried to tell the owner about bugs in my room and after he came to see for himself still gave me a hard time for a refund. Yelled at me, put his finger in my face and was ugly. I'll sleep in my car.
I was a very comfortable place but their was a lot of static and I found a used condom on my car. It gave me a place to stay so I won't give it 2 stars. 3 sounds right
Will never stay here. The manager is one of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. We called to make a reservation and he yelled and cursed at us because he had no vacancy. Will definitely keep my business away from this roach motel!
