I was a client of Rehanna the hair stylist long time she is a professional stylist i like my new hair and definitely recommend. ????????
I went in for root touch up. They use garbage bags to cover up the clothing during hair coloring. The water was going inside my ears and on my back when they were washing my hair. Not clean at all inside. They used one towel for everything. I had color on my hands and on my forehead. Very bad quality service. Would not recommend at all and I will not visit again.
Btw they have a sign inside that says the minimum tip is $5 dollars. Like really...
This place used to have their great prices for eyebrows going for them but not anymore. The lady with heavy eyeliner gave me so much attitude and barely did my eyebrows. I’m used to the salons around here but this woman didn’t give me the time of day and did a terrible job on my eyebrows. Very rude and I hope she’s nicer to the next customer.
the worst experience of my life this place when it comes to waxing i would never ever recommend anyone to get their arm, leg waxed here first of all the women who was doing the wax needs an education on hygiene techniques when it comes to waxing the Waxing Wood stick fell to floor and she picked it up and was going to put it in the wax i had to stop her and tell her to use a new stick so imagine right then i knew i didn't want to proceed with the waxing also they double dip in the wax which is very unhygienic the price is what will allure you to getting the work done but do not do it here you will leave with a skin rash or some form of eczema.
Worst experience they won't let you exit if you still oay $2 tip they will let you leave only when you pay 5-10$ tip and tell you board price is old nd charge you higher for the services...won't recommendit ever to anyone
$3 (including tip) for getting one's eyebrows threaded. Short (5 min) to no wait at all. The ladies do a good & fast job. You can give them feedback if you feel an area needs to be gone over again. Usually they offer but if not, I request lotion to be massaged in afterwards.
I went to this place and I’m new. I wanted my eye brows threaded and this woman who wore egyptian like eyeliner make up was the rudest and most unprofessional. Do not go to this place. If you wish to stand, your told “you sit”. Like what the hell.
My wife did her eyebrows and upper lip, the person was new and was horrible! Even after telling her what to do and how to do it, my wife broke out in a rash and it was un even. She tried reviewing but it wouldnt let her on her phone. So I am posting what she has told me. The owner hired new employees, and they have no idea what they are doing. The old employees atleast knew.
