When I called to make the appointment the lady told me it was $5/per color for gel nails because I was only getting my natural nails painted with no tips added. After getting my nails painted, they charged me $25 which shouldn’t have been the price because I got two colors, but I didn’t argue and paid. Upon leaving they ended up charging my card $35 so I went back and the refused me a refund. My nails aren’t even done right at all and look super sloppy. I will never go back or recommend this place to anybody!
Sofia was amazing! I brought in a photo and she followed it the entire time being very diligent in her work. I will definitely be back
They were very polite! Woman named Jessica did my nails! She did an amazing job! Best nail salon in Jasper County! I'll definitely be back when it's time for a fill in!
The worst pedicure I’ve ever had! No soap in the luke warm water, no whirlpool to soak my feet. The tech barely scrubbed my feet & legs. I had to ask her if she was going to put on a second coat of polish. No lotion on my feet and legs. I could have done what she did at home, probably better!! So disappointed before a stressful event I was about to attend, I just wanted to unwind before my Mom’s Funeral.
I just had my nails done there start of 2019. Barely 1 week and a half later they look like poop. They grew out and the acrylic near the cuticle has lifted halfway up my nail. It looks like a rush job done by someone who doesn't care. I am so disappointed because I take a lot of pride and time with my nails.
Just because they couldn't accommodate handicapped children, doesn't mean they are horrible people. Not everyone is cut out to work with those with special needs.
They do an ok job. But it's very rushed, and you feel like you're on an assembly line.
Our daughter Brittany, an amazing downs syndrome adult was just completely disrespected at DK nails in Demotte. First it was very apparent the man was refusing to take her so there was quite a bit of dialog before one of the women agreed to take her. They completely ignored the color Brittany chose and just randomly painted her toes pink, instead of the sparkly orange she chose. Don't go there especially if you have a handicapped family member. She has never been treated that way at a business ever.
I usually go to L'amour nails in Bradley. Was crunched for time so came here. Should have made the drive. I had the most beautiful French Manicure from Hannah at L'Amour, but I needed a fill in. They couldn't match the pink so i just had them fill them in and paint them. Lady did not cut back my cuticles and painted them in a hurry... they were bumpy, but as I said..I was pressed for time and paid anyway. Returned about 20 minutes later to get them fixed because I just want happy with them at all. The gentleman did a way better job when I came back. Completely redid them. I walked out and got in my car, only to see the original girl follow behind me and and throw a handful of what looked to be salt over her left shoulder. (Highly offensive) Must be warding off an evil spirit!! Guess I won't be going back!!!
I was disappointed. We made an appointment for pedicures. One of us got started, while the other sat. I asked the person to fill her tub so she could at least soak while she waited. Then he proceeded to whip through mine without working on my heels at all. When I asked the person that I thought was in charge, she said I didn't ask for it. I've NEVER asked for anything other than a pedicure. Won't be going back :(
