I have been getting my nails done here for 10 years and will not go elsewhere, even after moving an hour away. They don't let you leave with nails that look bad. I have never had a bad experience here. A bit pricey, but well worth it. They are artists. I had my nails done for my wedding, and they came out better than the sample photo (thanks Wong!). Give this place a try. You won't regret it.
I went in and asked for Val because I read a review saying he was gentle and great with cuticles. HE WAS NOT GENTLE AT ALL, he cut almost all my fingers. He was super rough. The nails themselves are pretty but not if almost all my fingers are cut up!
I went here off of a google search I did, and I’m beyond impressed! My nail tech was amazing, polite and funny! I’m so in love with my nails! Thank you!!!!
Went there not to long ago. My mom was charged 76 dollars for polish on her finger nail and feet. Friend was charged 6 dollars less for the same thing. They over charge than what their pricing is. Never go there. Had three different people work on my nails. 1 cleaned my nails, 2nd did same thing. 3rd put the fake nails and the color i never chose. I never tipped bc it costed 45 dollars. I will gladly go to the salon in Kingston.
I always bring in a inspirational picture and they nail it every time! Pun intended! My nails last almost 3 weeks and I'm a hairstylist do my hands take a beating!
I’ve been coming here religiously for about two years now, never once have I had a complaint until recently. My last few visits have felt extremely rushed and like I just absolutely have not been taken care of. Visited today for a fill and a pedi, the entire process was rushed and my nails were burning terribly afterwards due to him using the drill bit so carelessly on my nails. Kept looking away with the drill still going and paying attention to everything else besides my nails. Pricked my finger with it as well and caused me to bleed. Told me “sorry”. I then received a pedicure from who seemed to be a newer employee, she then proceeded to literally DIG at both of my big toes trying to remove excess skin, I had to pull away and tell her it hurt. I have never experienced this before during a pedicure here. I’m not going to say my nails don’t turn out exactly how I want every time because they are pretty on point but unfortunately after reviewing my experience during my last few visits they have lost a good customer due to feeling literally afraid I’m going to be seriously injured. It’s a shame because I really do like the salon and most of the techs who work there.

This place was very rude and dismissive. It seems like they do great nails, but I felt very unwelcome upon entering. No one greeted, I had to initiate conversation as everyone was just staring at me. It was an uncomfortable feeling and I refuse to spend my money on a place that causes me to feel that way as a first time guest. Again, it seems like they do great nails, but where I am unwelcomed, I will take my money and time elsewhere.
Be kind to those because you don’t know who you are talking to in the long run.
