I normally do my own nails at home, Gel polish manicure, but last Friday, I decided to treat myself to a professional manicure where I didn't have to do a thing. The guy that did my nails, I'm not sure what his name is, was very nice and friendly. However, my nails look not awful, but certainly not good either. I picked a bright pink glitter gel polish and though I love the color, my nails are painted uneven, very bumpy uneven surfaces on each nail, in some spots you can actually see my natural nail peaking through. So $40 ($32+tip) later....I don't think I'll be doing that again, as I can do it myself so much better, it just takes me longer.
Finally finally finally! I finally found a nail tech who knows exactly what They are doing! and does it very efficiently! I usually end up leaving nail salons never being 100% satisfied with the job. This place has definitely earned the number one spot in my life and nail needs! Steve is amazing! I don't see one flaw whatsoever. Plus the shop was very clean! No complaints here. I thought I found my forever nail place about 6 months ago but unfortunately last time I had my nails done it just didn't look very well done. So I highly recommend diva Nails!

The American nail tech decided to ask my young child personal questions, when my child was not even her customer. I put a stop to it. I got the deluxe pedicure they did not rub as they should, only used luke warm rocks and towels. No pressure was applied when running the rocks down my shins and calf’s. I watched an employee clean the floor with her hands with same gloves she used during and shortly after having a customer. I will NEVER BE RETURNING. Brandon was rude to a very nice woman he was working on. The owners chose to try and tell me they didn’t know what happened. Charged me in full even though I stopped what was being done and didn’t finish my gel polish. What a terrible experience.
My mom and I came here to get manicures and pedicures together. We were in and out pretty quickly. Our nails look great and they offered us wine and soft drinks. We liked the chairs and atmosphere. The overall service was good.
I was looking for a friendly and treating their customer right. Like having empathy to their customers. And Found it through Diva Nails By Lynn. They were nice and friendly! Services are good. You can try it too.
This was my second visit. My first was many months ago and was fine. This time was just awful. It started off just fine conversating with the tech and the tech next to me and the other patron. Then my nail tech and the other one started arguing in a heated conversation!!!! He even started painting my nails the wrong color. I had to correct him. They were shouting at each other in their language and he was hurting me with the nail file. I just wanted to get out of there!!! When I got home I realized my nails looked pretty bad, my husband said the same. It was $15 more expensive than KP nails in Inverness (I think that's what it is called) they did a way better job!I will never go here again!!!
Always great service, we'll trained staff with the most current applications for pedis and Manis. Very sweet staff and Lynn and Donny are the best owners/operators.
