I took my daughter and granddaughter there because the other nail salon was busy and he told me that diva nails wasn’t now I see why my nails looked so awful and so thick when I specifically said I wanted them thin very thin she did the opposite I wouldn’t recommend that place for my pets to get a nail trimming.
Worse experience ever ! Right once I got in there I was sat down and she just started drilling my nails and my nails were already weak and short to begin with and I did tell her that but she didn’t care. She then proceeded to cut four of my nails with the drill so bad that they started bleeding , was very rough and kept pulling my arm aggressively. I then got up to wash my nails after she was done and noticed that there was polish stuck on all of my fingers that won’t come off. To add to this horrible experience while I was sitting there she was talking bad about my friend and I and when a customer called to complain she hung up and started talking bad about her. And paying for my nails was a rip off because they charged me two extra dollars because I was paying with card but didn’t do that to any of there other customers. So overall experience was terrible and it was terrible customer service.
I love Diva Nails. It’s my go to choice for getting nails done in Franklin. Friendly staff, always trying to do their best. Fairly priced and they always do a great job. I couldn’t speak more highly of this place!
Came here first time to get nails done because I went to Alexie nails which they also own but it is ALWAYS a 1 hr to 2 hr wait and u always hear 30 mins but the guy there is good..So came here payed 55 and tipped 20 cause it looked good..3 days later and I have already lost 3 nails. I will NEVER waist my hard earned money here ever again..If u go here Good Luck
Seemed nice at first, they got me in super fast. The guy that did my nails was very rough and hurt me three or four times because he wasn’t paying attention (which I am understanding) I usually don’t leave bad reviews even if I receive bad service but all I got was coffin shaped acrylic nails with black gel polish, it ended up being $50, $60 with a tip and just in a matter of 5 hours the gel on two of my nails have already started peeling off. I have never had that happen ever. I don’t have time to go out of my way anytime soon to go back and have it fixed so now I will have to pay someone else to fix my nails.
Don’t waste your time or money. My nails are uneven and bumpy. The nail tech was super rough and didn’t apologize when he cut my finger with the drill
This place is not very good. They would not let either of my friends look at my nails because they were not getting their nails done. They were very rude and charged me 60 dollars for red French tips. Not to mention my artist didn’t even know how to do coffin shape or designs. Save your money and go somewhere better.
This was by far the worst experience I've ever had while getting my nails done but espically while getting my nails removed. The most painful, unforgiving removal to date. The nail artists are so unbelievably careless and do not concern themselves with good designs, good looking nails, or good customer service. All they want is your money. Please do yourself a favor and do not go here. Also, I'm pretty sure I'm looked at differently than everyone else because i come in on my days off, wearing comfortable clothing so I'm not the most attractive customer. Then again most times going into a nail salon, typically you don't dress to impress, you dress to sit in a chair for however long it takes to get your nails done. But believe me when I say this, I would much rather do my own nails at home than to ever step foot into this awful place again.
