We tried to get a haircut for our special needs son who has an service dog a standard poodles. When my husband walk in he and my son were told that we couldn’t have the dog in the shop due to him being allergic to them. We told him they were hypoallergenic he said that didn’t matter that we still needed to leave. We ask him if he was aware of the Americans with Disabilities Act he said he was but that Georgia didn’t have that law. So obviously he wasn’t the ADA is a federal law, he again said we needed to leave. I can’t recommend any business that doesn’t abide by the law and violates the civil rights of handicapped citizens. They never offer to even accommodate us by letting us keep the dogs outside. If he is this allergic to dogs or animals that citizens may own he would be exposed by just the hair and dust of the owners that come to his shop. We will file an official complaint with the ADA. It is sad that in 2022 in America that special needs individuals still are discriminated against even when there is federal laws that are for the very reason to prevent special needs people from being discriminated against.
This is a very professional run Business, the barbershop is always clean and very well managed!!! This establishment is a family oriented run Business where you can feel safe and secure. I wish they could give customer service classes to a lot of other businesses. Keep up the Awesome work!!!
My son and I have medical conditions that requires us both to have services dogs both are standard poodles and highly trained and By the federal law past to give equal rights to special needs individuals the Americans with Disabilities Act by law we should be given full access to all businesses. We were in Savannah Georgia and my special needs son was in need of a hair cut and we found this barber shop. When we walked in immediately barber told us that our dogs were not allowed that he was allergic to them even though we told him that they were both hypoallergenic he said it didn’t matter that we still needed to leave. I politely reminded him of the ADA and he said it still didn’t matter. We could have called the police but we chose not to. Unfortunately individuals with disabilities still have there civil right’s violated by these type of people. I would not recommend anyone to this shop due to this reason. We will see that this information is shared due to our determination to see that all citizens are treated equally both handicapped, and of all races. This shop doesn’t respect the rights of all people especially special needs individuals.

Went to go get a haircut at this place today and sat out front for 20 min past when it was supposed to open. Decided to come back later and was refused service at 4:03 when it said they were open until 5 on a Sunday. I would not describe them as "distinguished gentlemen."

This is my all-time favorite barbershop! I am more than happy to drive an hour. Eddy, the owner is a lot of fun and knows his stuff! The seating area is comfy and there is a charging station!
An establishment that is true to its name. The owners are a lovely couple that treat their clients the way professional ladies and gentlemen should. I received a quality cut and fair pricing. If I lived nearby they would be my barbershop!
