I first visited Diamond nails and Spa about a year ago and I have never had a bad set of nails done from them!
I will say this however, if you don't have an appointment then you might not get the chance at getting your nails done or any spa services.
It's usually best too make an appointment. I have been taken care of by most of the nail techs there and only once did my nails lift and had my hair get caught in them. Otherwise I've had a great experience with the staff and services here at Diamond nails and Spa. Bea I'm not sure if that's how you spell her name but she is the owner ( I think!!) please don't quote me on that! Lol.. Anyways, She's the one you'll be dealing with & she's very nice and will usually work with you too schedule an appointment that works for you!! My last nail tech was so good! Unfortunately I didn't catch her name. The thing I liked about her was that She listened too everything that I wanted done and did it!!

I will never go back to this salon! Their work is very good but they do not respect your time at all. I made an appointment for 11am for 2 pedicures and 1 full set. I got there at 10:57 and informed them I was there for my appointment. V told me to have a seat in the pedicure chair so I did. There was 3 other walk ins waiting and when Danny and V got done with the clients they had they started working on the walk in. That was very unprofessional in my opinion considering I had an appointment. Anyways I wait because there’s only 3 workers so I get it no big deal. Megan gets done with her client and is going to start the 3rd walk in but the lady said no it’s ok we’re gonna come back another day you guys are busy. Megan then started my pedicure at 12:30!!! I know it’s my fault for staying an hour an a half after my appointment time like I said they’re short staffed so I was being understanding. I even bought all 3 of them Starbucks. V gets done with the set she was doing and moves onto the next walks pedicure in instead of starting my moms pedicure so I was getting a little impatient. They start my moms pedicure at 12:57 and my mom wanted a French manicure with dark pink instead of the natural pink but V said she couldn’t do that unless my mom paid $40 instead of $27 which didn’t make sense to me but my mom said ok. I showed Megan a picture of how I wanted my nails and she gave me a price and started doing my acrylic. It was suppose to be ombré on three fingers but instead she did all clear acrylic so I asked her about it and she said no that she can’t do the ombré but it’s still going to be the same price. They’re still really pretty just not what I asked for. There was other people that also were waiting for over an hour that had appointments also. We finally get done at 3 o’clock! Thats 4 hours after I had my appointment for so I informed them of that asking if they could take at least $10 off and they said no so I paid $150 for 2 basic pedicures and an acrylic full set that wasn’t what we asked for. I will not be going back to this establishment.

Great experience! Danny was very fast and did a great job! Definitely going back! Usually don’t do nail salons, but the nails did not come out chunky or thick. Outstanding job!
I went to a nail salon and they totally botched my nails ???? I immediately came here bc they were the only other nail salon open on Sunday and they were beyond nice! ???? They fixed my nails for $30 and made sure i was comfortable and happy the whole time! Even offered me a water and talked to me the entire time 10/10 recommend they are so nice
They were able to get me in within the hour of calling. The salon was completely sanitized (she was finishing up when I arrived). Vi was very sweet, listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and did an amazing job at an amazing price! Will definitely be back!
New to the area and this happened to be the first nail shop I tried out and fell in love instantly. Had 4 fills done here so far with nail art. So far I’ve been serviced by V and Denny both great nail techs. Definitely recommend and this will now be my new nail home.

Always love visiting here too get my nails done...wide variety of colors and styles. Danny did a great job today, Vee is always a laugh, and Meghan is so sweet.
