It’s been about a year since I’ve used Diamond. I just prefer to go to Yukon. I was in a time crunch and decided to try them again. Firstly the owner was rude about me not using a local business. He was also very rude to the girl at the front desk. She quoted a lady a 30 minute wait time(which was probably about accurate) and she decided she didn’t want to wait so he ate her out in front of everyone for not telling the lady 15 minutes. It’s been a 8 days since I got my nails done(dip on my natural nails) $55.00 and 6/10 of my nails are broken. I will never go back and won’t recommend them to ANYONE
I got my nails done on Oct 6. It is now Oct 8 and my nails began lifting the day after getting them done. Plus my cuticle were not cut so my thumb is being pulled apart. I have gotten my nails done many times and have never had them start to come off this soon. When I went in the tech told me that there is no refund for services but they could redo them for me. I don’t think it’s worth the time or money to have them redo them when they have started to deteriorate this soon. Definitely won’t be going back and will be telling everyone I know that you will have to go back do to the poor quality.
Greatest place we could have pick for us being from out of town. Fastest I have ever had my nails done. Thank you
friendly service and plenty of nail techs working usually, they get really busy at times though so make sure you have ample time to be seen after work or on a Friday or Sat. Would love to see the place updated with modern decor but hey my nails look good so oh well!
I can't praise enough the wonderful experience I had, I am now a pampered man. Must go back. Thank you!
I'm not one to normally write reviews, but this place is extremely hit or miss for me. I have friends who swear by this place, but not me. I went with one of those friends and her nails turned out beautiful, mine not so much. I got mine dipped, which I had gotten done there 2 weeks ago with no issues. This time I got lumps in my nails, part of one nail isn't even covered, some of the dip powder was left underneath the nails, 3 cuticles are cut and two have already popped off and it has only been 2 days. Like I said this place is hit and miss, however I will not be testing my luck any longer
He did amazing job my toes look amazing and i messed one up that he redid so nice very nice atmosphere and people working here o will be back
I've never liked my nails as much as I do today! she was so good to me. I always heard I needed to try diamond nails and I just regret not doing so, sooner.
