It say permanently closed, but actually open, when you go to gas station near with all the motel amd hotel they said open and there is a guy i think his name was Mark that time, i tryied to come there to cancel my booking because i was booking hour ago and when i go there google said it close! Soooo he help me and try to cancel it! He nice and he passion for cancl my booking and interior not bad for that price!

Needs to be updated. We actually requested a smoking room, but was told they had no more. The room we stayed in was supposed to be a non smoking room, but the bedspread had several burns in it and smelled like cigarettes. The couch in the room looked older than I am and I was leary of sleeping in the bed. I will say that they did the best they could with what they had. In the end it was fine, but I was glad to be on the road again.

The staff allowed a group of people to party for hours loudly inside and outside their room and ignored it. A car pulled in and began SHOOTING A GUN toward the group of people. Thankfully no one was shot, but it was a long night of police, screaming, and no sleep. Scary! I would never recommend bringing children here!

I've been here almost four years dealing with this hotel and come to find out this hotel has mold in the back of the building. The room service have not been up here in the four years that I've been here at all, Trust and Believe when they want their money, they come knocking at your door bright and early. But will not give you another room when asked, or service your room like room service is supposed to. Oh but they will give you a note to let you know when they will/supposed to be coming to our rooms. but yet and still they do not act on it. Hey don't get me wrong, they will do the one up front by the office but what about the ones up the hill? Well we have to fend for ourselves they don't come in to check to see if we need towels carpets vacuumed sheets for the bed or anything I have to take my own sheets and wash them myself towels wash them myself. And I have asked them to change my room multiple times because I have been living in a room with no water for over 6 months and every time I ask about it next week is all I hear but here I am still in the same room

Upon entering the room, strong stench of vomit and bug spray. No lamps, alarm clock, tissues , coffee maker or locks on the door. We saw 2 live cockroaches and gigantic mosquitos. Toilet tank was broken, with filthy, dated furniture and carpet, Stained walls and doors. If I could rate with negative stars, I would. Horrible, nasty place!

The price is fair and my rooms have always been nice except this last time in 103. She asked me for the first time if I wanted smoking or non-smoking. I said non-smoking. And it smelled like smoke. Cigarette burns all over the bathroom and even on the covers. And for the first time it felt dirty. I've stayed there several times before and it was always clean.

I stayed in the “handicapped room” the bathroom was too small the door wouldn’t even close. The room was not handicap accessible at all the owner tried to come into my room while we were sleeping to discuss me “peeing in the bed” when that didn’t work bc my door had the lock on he decided the next best thing was to tell me outside where other customers could hear that I ruined the mattress the last time I was there. It was humiliating and frankly his fault bc the room was not made for a handicapped person like it’s supposed to be.

A budget hotel with good amenities -- microwave and fridge.

However, the carpet of room should be cleaned or vacuumed.
