First time coming to this salon yesterday and will now be my go to! All of the ladies there are so welcoming.
I stayed there long enough to see different services done for clients (as I was having a perm done) and every single one turned out beautiful including mine :)
Overall good experience.
Only thing to say is I never got the hairstylist I've booked for.
Three separate bookings for Deniz and all three times someone else did the haircut but her.
No explanation.
I sent my 3 girls with my husband. My middle daughter had taken some scissors to her fringe.
My eldest daughter’s hair was cut on a side parting. When my husband enquired off this would be straight in the center parting he was told it was fine. It is of course wonky in a center parting. They refused to change it.
My middle daughters hair was understandably difficult but an uneven fringe is still unacceptable. It slants upwards to one side. If I wanted it this wonky I would have done it myself. She took the fringe round really far on one side and didn’t match it on the other side. The terrible job she did it pretty much unfixable.
My smallest daughters hair is ok although it’s difficult to see what they did if anything and the back appears wonky once dry.
Do not go to this hairdressers. They have no idea what they are doing!
Service was friendly but slow. I had 3 nails fall off within 24hours it wasn’t what I asked for and executed terribly painted all over my fingers and not actually my nails and took 1.5 hours because she kept on having to re do them
I usually go hairdressers in North London as their quite good, however wanted to try somewhere local and booked an appointment for a balayage. The service, needs improving but that isn’t my issue. My issue is my hair that I paid a fair amount for and I explained I didn’t like a blocky balayage, the image I showed was a nice blend - although I didn’t want my roots touched as that’s the whole point of a balayage that you don’t need a top up for a while. Showed the colour I wanted I didn’t want it too blonde. Long story short I’ve come out looking like a skunk, I have 2 strands of white blonde hair, when I tie my hair up I think the rest of my face frame was forgotten. I won’t be back (obviously) I wish I travelled out again and I’ll now have to rectify this on my end by spending more money. I don’t remember anyone blending in the balayage, it’s basically highlights/streaks and it’s blocky which I hate.
Amazing professional service from Jen. She listened to what I wanted and was quick to put me at ease. Clean environment and very happy with the quality of service provided as well as the results! My eyebrows have never looked better!
I've been there for the first time today to do my ombre Actilic set and it honestly couldn't be any better! They've just got a new regular customer!
