My daughter’s have been getting their hair done here for about a year, and it has been a great experience every time. Sandra did knotless braids with curls, that look absolutely stunning. This was our 1st time visiting Desirees African Hair braiding for knotless box braids for my daughter. Quick appointment availability, conveniently located in Rancho Cucamonga, great pricing for medium braids with hair included (huge plus saved me time). They provide a comfortable salon experience with complimentary beverage and TV viewing while getting braids. Braids turned out beautifully. Thank you so much we will definitely be back.
Desiree and her team of braiders are great! They're very professional and braid quickly! My daughter has been going to her since she was 8 years old. Great with kids highly recommend!
I have been coming to Bybian (the owner) for Box Twist and Braids for almost 2 years now.
Let me first say, I use to "never" wear braids or twist before her because I am the worst "tender-headed" person there is.....for lack of better words! She made it tolerable for me and now I can withstand allowing the styles I "love"! She is the first and only person to allow me to embrace the styles I now only wear.
They are patient, kind, helpful and if you ask for a particular style they will provide or they will be honest and let you know if it will not work.
The price is beyond affordable and they will always try to accommodate according to my schedule, if within their control.
I receive many compliments on my hair all the time, and she is the one who does my hair. She has received many referrals and repeat customers from the work she has done with my hair.
All credit to her for making me look excellent.
Desiree African Hair Braiding is just a fantastic Shop!!! The environment was warm and welcoming and my dreadlocks were repaired and done beautifully to perfection!! I come to this salon every time I want braids and I am never disappointed. I fall in love with every style I get. When I ask for something, they provide that and more. Not to mention, they are all sweethearts and my hairstyles always last me a long time; well over the price I paid for them. Overall 20/10 would recommend.
Very professional and kind! Braids always come out nice and neat! They really pay attention to detail and my parts are always neat. They take great care of your hair and are mindful of braiding too tight.
I went here for the first time a few weeks ago. I got my hair braided by Sandra (I think she's Desiree's sister), she was so nice, professional and did an AMAZING JOB. I got long, small box braids and she powered through them. I will definitely return!
