Thank you Jennifer for taking great care of Kamyla on her 1st visit!! I was pleasantly surprised to see her happy and wagging her tail when I picked her up....that reassured me she was in great hands for grooming purposes.

"Love this place" All staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about grooming. I always ask for the CK version for dogs as a scent for him since I can't put the real man's cologne; honestly, with heavy shedders, it makes a difference when you get de-shed service. How can I not take this young lab on a date?..

I would definitely not recommend Desired Styles for any grooming. They have extremely bad customer service and the owner is extremely rude. When we called to point out the fact that they forgot to do services for our huskies and only did half the job she got upset. She had so many excuses. She did not accommodate us at all but only wanted to do what was in her own best interest. She told me not to bring my husky back ever again and hung up on me. Beware of this business!!!!

????Took my granddog in to be groomed on Wednesday, 10/19/22. He walked in fine and came out with a broken/strained/herniated neck.???? At the base of his head. This happened between the time of dropping him off to the time he they gave him a bath. I wish I could give them a 0. They won't own up to what happened. We are now sitting at the neurologist and waiting to have an MRI. We are looking at well over $5000.00 to fix his problem. That's after paying the Veterinarian over $400.00 yesterday. I will not recommend them to anyone as they won't own up to what happened.???? UPDATE!! He had surgery and is doing well. A review of the video shows his injury happened there!

I just had the best experience here. I have a 6 month old Giant Schnauzer named Panther and have been trying to get his hair cut. I tried Petsmart and they could not handle him. Well my Mom told me about this place because they could deal with difficult dogs and it was true!!! Autumn was fabulous!!! She took her time with him and gave me some great advice. He looked amazing and I got teary eyed. Thanks guys!! See you next month!!

We take both of our furbabies here and they love it. We also love the report card we get every time we pick them up which lets us know how they did or they offer suggestions for next time. I love the booking online and points you get towards a future service when you sign up. Staff is super friendly and you can tell they care for the animals and people they serve. We've finally found our go to groomer.

Locally owned and operated, all employees are kind and gentle with the pets. They truly care about every animal that comes into this establishment. Great prices too!

I don't write reviews very often but we had a great experience with our husky who has only been groomed a few times and has always been sensitive to the process. He is happier than ever , as are we . He looks years younger. We will be returning with his sister shortly. Thank you again.
