Fast efficent very short wait, called before coming and reasonable. Demiri Hair trimmed all hair evenly for me. Overall very happy.

I always get a haircut here but this time I went, I got a hair cut and it looks like a kid cut my hair, my hair line is crooked
I have been here multiple times but today is the final straw, I would like to say however the ladies that work here are fantastic and I haven't had any issues with them. The guy that works there on the other hand has messed my hair up multiple times. The service today was awful, I had simply asked the guy to do a fade and texturize the top of my hair. The fade itself was fine but when he texturized my hair he did a terrible job. He asked me before I actually got the haircut if I had wanted anything taken of the top and I had hold him no, I told him that I just needed my hair to be texturized, he said ok. When it got to texturizing my hair he had cut off about 3 inches of my hair. After the hair cut was done he asked me if it was good and I told it was alright, he then asked if my hair was too long, I told him that it was too short and he just gave me a blank stare. When I got home my mom was also upset with the haircut and gave them a call. She then was getting yelled at over the phone by another guy, he also told her that the guy that cut my hair said that I was fine with the length of my hair. I get that they wanted to go home but it is ridiculous that this is how they treat their customers, if you wanna get home sooner you could always close sooner.
Amazing service. As a man, I’ve gotten amazing service from both the male and female stylists there. Everyone there is extremely skilled and deserving of your business.
