I used to go to this salon previous to the recent changes in staff. I loved it when Kyle & Lisa worked there. I received a gift certificate for Christmas and had to go even though I knew of the changes. I went on Saturday, March 11th and I went in with an open mind to give them an honest chance. I will not be back I was not pleased with the manicurist at all I have included pictures for reference. Now to be fair I do not get acrylic or gel as I don't care for either. That should not make a difference in how my cuticles are cared for and as you can see in the picture they basically were not. They are still so disgusting looking and not trimmed. Also the girl who was doing them got the previous polish all over my hands and did not remove it after I had asked her to. I did ask the lady doing my pedicure and she was nice enough to do it for me however, she had cut my toe earlier. I had never been cut in the nearly 20 years of getting mani/pedis needles to say not a great experience. ????
My Gel nail started to chip 2 days after getting it done. The lady said it would last longer than nail polish. Then when I went back to get it fix I waited over 30 minutes before speaking with someone. I left.
Owner is rude her husband is an AH. They don’t listen and they up charge prices every visit. Products are old and the gel polish chipped after the second day. Don’t waste your time. Walked out after they didn’t do what they said they could do. Reported them to the BBB
Only see Kim. Have her customer for several years. She is fast and always does a beautiful job.. I have recommended her to several people
I have been a customer of Deluxe nails since they were at their old location off cave springs. Over the last year, I made an appt every time for services. I would wait at least 30-45 min after my appt time to be seen. The past time, I waited 2 hours for my "appt". Watched 4 people walk in and out before I was served. So, this last time, I didn't make an appt, thinking it didn't matter anyway. Once again, 3 people walk in after me and are served before me. They asked me to come back and make an appt. After 15 years of loyal customer service, I will never return to this establishment. It's very sad how they treat their loyal customers.
They are very unprofessional screaming to other salon staff through the salon because I was told $28 for pedicure then they say $35 because they took off my toenail polish, yet all I did was ask what the extra $7 cost. They charge $10 extra to take off nail polish normally ; never in 33 years have I been charged to take of polish while getting a pedicure. They also charge $20 extra if you want gel for each hand and feet set so just gel polish is $40 for toes and fingers. They do not inform you of the DRASTIC price increase nor inform of prices before services.
My first time here, I went on my lunch break and Kim got me right in! She repaired the issues I had from my previous nail salon, and did a gel refill with 2 broken nails in a hour. I was impressed. I ask her name and she gave me her business card with her cell to schedule an appointment so I could be in and out in my lunch since I work close but do not live close. Kim is my nail girl from here on out! BONUS, it’s been 2 weeks and my nails STILL look GREAT, and my cosmic nail polish is AMAZING!!!!
Worst experience! They took my daughter and allowed her to get a design on every nail and not say a word about the charge for every nail!!!! She is 11! This place is a scam and I would never recommend! They didn’t even do a good job!!!!
