came to deluxe to get a full set. While the set was cute, it only lasted less than a week. My experience wasn’t great. The women who did my set was rude, and hurt my nails and cuticles. She kept shaving my cuticles to the point of them bleeding. I asked her to please be careful, and she laughed, and continued to still make my cuticles bleed. The second day of having my set, the nails were lifting. I would also wake up in the morning and see my cuticles bleeding because she kept cutting them.
Since this appointment, my nails and cuticles have become infected.
Love it there. Clean. Great polish choices. Everyone is so friendly. Love my pedicures.
i have an important presentation tomorrow, and in all of my preparation, completely neglected to make a nail appointment. i knew i wanted the confidence boost so on a whim, i showed up to the salon and asked if they had availability. at first they didn’t, but they offered to remove my nails for me since they were overgrown. i agreed - feeling like that might be better than having long nails.
sitting there, lee noticed and immediately offered to take over & do my nails for me. she had no idea that i had so many nerves about my day tomorrow or that i really needed some pampering. she stayed past closing to finish my manicure and make me feel my best. i really can’t say enough about how thankful i am for wonderful people like her. what an amazing place!

Every time I go in here I am always assured there is time to do what I want to have done and they end up completely wasting my time. Today I spent over 40 minutes waiting, I just had to walk out. If you don’t have time, just say that. I can also never get anyone on the phone which os why I can rarely get an appointment. They used to have amazing services, customer service, and time management skills. The past three times I have visited, my nails were done sloppy and rushed, and I have wasted too much time on that blue waiting couch.
Nail tech Linda was awesome. Also had a deluxe pedicure was awesome as well definitely recommend. I would never go anywhere else again.
The spa pedicure is amazing. You get an aromatherapy calf and foot massage with lemongrass scrub, lavender jelly, and a mint hydrating mask. After this you get a hot stone massage that is so relaxing. The atmosphere is clean and beautiful with crystal chandeliers and a modern sitting area. Staff are friendly and above all, highly skilled. I had Anna, and she was fabulous. Thia is exactly what a girl needs to start the day off feeling good.
I have been going to this location for a long time . When it was opened by previous owner Ryan. ( very kind, patient , listened to me and appreciatted my patronage )
New owner/manager- Tom is always very argumentative with me when I come in . I don’t get a hello ever. When he sees me I’m usually greeting with What you want ! I expect to have a relaxing Spa experience but it is never that way because I am talked to like a child each time I request a service .
I’m not sure if it’s a cultural thing or a language barrier or possibly both..... but speaking to your paying customers in a condescending manner is not acceptable to me. Nor is defending bad behavior of employees as previously mentioned in another review
I too have decided to spend my money elsewhere.
