The worst set of nails I have ever received. I went for an acrylic fill and it took the lady an hour and 15 minutes. I picked out a light green spring color and she started painting my nails with a dark teal. I asked her if she was sure that was the right color and she said yes and proceeded to paint my nails. Then after one coat (of gel) she asked if i wanted to change my color and i said yes. She didn’t even take off the first layer of gel she already applied and proceeded to paint over the top of it. My nails are sooooo thick and she did not even clean underneath my nail. I will not be back to this establishment.
Trying a new place, my daughter lives near this one. I walked in, got seated right away, I love that. Very nice n friendly atmosphere. Brought my own polish, small quaint place.
Paid 70$ for this set of nails 3 days ago and contacted both shops for both two days for refund and removal over the phone was instructed to come today due to bad weather yesterday a come back for them to remove them and want me to either leave or pay more for nails that they messed up 3 days prior. Not to mention I had wrist surgery and this was the first time I got my nails done since and considering couldn’t really bare to sit for another 2 hours with my hands in that position a refund would be been called for. But then hearing they weren’t even willing to redo them without me paying more??? Crazy. I’ve never been somewhere who doesn’t offer to fix their service or a refund but rather want me to waste more my gas more of my time and still pay them more to fix THEIR mistake. Ridiculous. Then proceeds to act like nothing was done wrong and if she redoes I will still be charged and won’t allow me any contact information for an owner. Not to mention she filed half my real nail with a harsh drill way passed where acrylic was they are soo damaged and have spots that are almost skin literally!! They actually HURT!!
Best experience I’ve had in a long time!!! These people are amazing people and not only that, they do an amazing job on your nails as well!!! So thankful for taking the leap to try them out! Will be coming here from now on!
Got a severe cuticle infection after getting acrylic nails done there. I’ve been getting acrylic nails done for years and this has never happened to me. I’m assuming the tools weren’t properly sanitized.
Gotta give these ladies 5 stars for sure! I went around 12:30 waited just a few minutes even though they were super busy. I needed some real TLC for my nails, the lady that helped me was just amazing! Not only did she fix what the previous salon did she really went above and beyond to make sure I walked outta there happy. We had a great conversation and I'm glad I got to meet her! Thanks ladies!
I can say in my experience, I don't like it and I've been disappointed that they give you what they want when you've already told them what you want, they speak in their language and they do it for you. feel as if they were talking about you, sometimes they charge expensive, and it's not even worth going. They don't even do the pedicure well for you, just a heel and let's go, the truth is, I don't recommend it.
I've been a few times and have been very pleased with my nails. I'm really hard on my nails and they've lasted longer than the last several places I've visited for sns. Not sure if it's how they apply it, or if they have better stuff, but I've been very happy.
