Booked with Isabelle for my full set initially and she did a great job! But for my first fill yesterday I was with someone new, they looked good at first but once I got home I felt lashes poking my eye and gave them a better look. One eye looks pretty decent but the other, it's as if she didn't remove any of the old grown out lashes and they were very sparse on one half of my eye and drooping into my eye because they're so grown out.

I recently had my lashes done by Sheryl and she was wonderful! She is very sweet, and does a great job making sure you are comfortable throughout the entire process. My lashes looked great after my initial set and after my fill, I will definitely be returning to see her!

I had my TrueXpress refill done and my lashes look great! Love the location and how clean it is and Melody is friendly and had great attention to detail. I hadn’t done my lashes in many years, but glad to have started up again and with Melody! Love the options of different of kind of styles, location, cleanliness, professionalism and pricing!

Was able to get an appointment within a day and the technician did an excellent job with my fill based on existing extensions. Will definitely be back!

McKenna was very attentive and great with her time. Isabelle is also very detailed oriented and fast with fills!

Update:

They contacted me right away and was able to make an appt for Saturday 6/11/22. It was the same girl that did my lash lift. She was able to fix my mid- inner lashes and I was really happy with it. Now it’s been about 3 days and still looking amazing! Thank you so much!

Read a lot of good reviews about this place so I decided to make an appt. I got a lash lift on Friday 5/27/22. After few hours I notice the middle to inner corner of my ashes were already not curled up so I called Deka Lash to see if I can come back in to get that fix but the lady on the phone told me I have to wait 48hours because the lashes usually will curl up more. Well that did not happen. It stayed flat and only toward the ends of my lashes were curled up. Called few times to try to come in to get my lash lift fix after few days but no response. Very unsatisfied

I used a Groupon to get a full set of classic eyelashes.

I bought $50 worth of product for my lashes. The girl who did them was really nice and did a good job but literally half of my lashes fell off LESS than 24 hours later. I did not use any product on or near them, did not get them wet, and followed all directions. I called back to see if there were any solutions and nobody got back to me. I called again to follow up and they once again never got back to me. I spent almost $150 for less than 24 hours of lashes and product that I cannot return and it has been two weeks now and no response, no call back and no concern for all the money I wasted on a service that lasted less than a day.
