I love my nails!! I did a walk in and it was pretty late and they took me and did a fabulous job!! I loved the people they were so kind and deserved the biggest tip!

My family had an extremely frustrating experience today at this place. If there was a better word to describe livid that's how we felt. My daughter's had an appointment at 10am. We were in the parking lot at 9:45. Waited for the staff to arrive at 10:05. My daughter's got in a line out the door but expected to be able to get in for their 10am appointment. NO! Instead they were told they were going to have to wait for others that did not have appointments. Plus they only take cash so while I was out running to the bank to get cash they told my daughter's they wouldn't be able to fit them in today.

We will never be back and will be sure to continue to share our extremely frustrating and rude experience.

My mother in law who made the appointment even called them and they said they had staff on vacation and then by the end of the conversation tried to say that the staff called in sick.

Called and made an appointment and when I got there they took 3 people ahead of me and I had to wait an hour and a half to get my nails done. They do not accommodate their appointments!!! Very disappointed in the services I received.

Said they would not take the gel polish off my nails and redo them because I didn’t get my nails done by them in the first place. She wanted to take my whole fake nail off and charge me for the acrylic when I just got my nails done two days ago. I said I would pay for the polish and gel which is usually $15 for all 10 fingers but only needed 3 fixed. I just know I will not come back, especially from seeing all the reviews of unprofessionalism and their lack of respect for anyones time.

I came in with nails on from another place.

They were very thick, old, and yellow????

My Nail Stylist suggested making nails from my natural nails vs putting on tips again.

I just LOVE them❤️

They are so pretty and so much more natural????

AMAZING ! best place to get your nails done around here such sweet ppl and amazing service and the nails are perfect everytime:)

They make appointments and NEVER have the staff to fill those appointments. The last straw was 2 appointments for my granddaughters nails for their homecoming da b ce. They weren't there at the appropriate time and wouldn't get them in for 4 hours. ! Never again will I use them.
