Nice spot I am sure in the summer as the lake is right down the street. Room was ok as well. Most of all pet friendly

Room was clean, bed very comfy. Good location if you are fishing Grand Lake. Decent rates.

Terrible customer service. They let people with boats take up every parking spot. Blocked in and can't even get through the parking lot. No one wants to walk around the building to get to their room. Manager said there is nothing they could do about it. No refunds either. We didn't end up staying

Our room , pisspoor conditions, meaning broken down door trim, in bath , broken faucet in bathroom , microwave dirty and old , TV was going out no much color however it was kind of clean but will not go back !!

Probably won't stay here again. Have stayed here for years. It is a perfect location for us. The staff is nice but we had 3 rooms and they were all dirty

The reason I picked this place to stay was bc it advertised a "continental breakfast". There was only prepackaged muffins, OJ, yogurt, instant oatmeal and coffee. Either the oj or the coffee will give you the runs. I'm not sure which.

The beds are pillow top. I like a firm memory mattress myself. So, this morning I have a little a back pain.

They don't change sheets daily but they will give you clean sheets you can put on yourself. They supply you with two bath towels, two hand towels and two wash rags. If you want extra, you must also request those. Good luck catching someone working at the lobby. I'm not sure how they got 4.5⭐ on here but they barley deserve 2⭐.

Room was good and clean but we were told there would be breakfast and there was none. When we asked at registration desk, attendant thought it was there. He clearly was just waking up because there was nothing put out and it was 8am. We were disappointed

Clean and pretty comfortable, the area is quiet and peaceful. Only 4 stars due to not having full breakfast, other than that it's good.

Today
