This was my first time visiting Carmarthen and it has been a memorable experience which I can’t wait to relive.

The restaurant staff demonstrated customer service excellence and catered to my every need.

The food was hot and delicious and we were even made an alternate hot chocolate.

First class service, first class food and dining.

Love wandering around this store which houses many different traders. Picked up a Puffa jacket at a genuine half-price - love a bargain. Good bedding duvet set bargains too. Cooked breakfast disappointing- bacon far too thick & plate swimming in oil.

Nice clean store, lovely staff with a sense of humour ????

The chapwith a sexy accent makes the best coffee upstairs.

Restaurant always clean and tidy. Toilets for customers are clean with wheelchair/disabled toilet.

Great selection of clothes

Prices range from cheap, to reasonable, to dearer, to I will wait for the sales, and I can't afford that even if it was on sale! But thise are cracking makes that I would expect yo be in the higher price range.

Found the quality brilliant.

I can't comment on the shoes as I haven't bought any from here but the look nice.

Bags look good too.

Great store with plenty of clothes and accessories at reasonable prices too. The restaurant is worth a visit, but menu items have not always been available during our visits. More choice of sandwiches would be beneficial.

I had some lunch here today. Store/café manager is super friendly. I had fish and chips which was delicious! Fast service too. Will definitely be having lunch here again.

Appalling service in the cafe, extremely rude. They took our order and then about 15 minutes later the woman who prepares the food came over and said they didn’t have any fish fingers. So, ok, something else had to be chosen. She rudely demanded my daughter, who had to go up the the counter to look at the menu again, hurry up, as she needed to know now. Three of us ordered the macaroni cheese, of which two took about 30 minutes to come and the third another 30 minutes later. It wasn’t worth waiting for as it was inedible. We all struggled to get through half of it, and all of us now have painful upset stomachs. Avoid at all costs everyone.

Very disappointed with returns policy over Christmas AVOID!! Albeit we were 5 days out on the advertised returns policy which we hadn’t noticed if I’m honest, we were returning a branded jacket which could be sold all year. At the desk the sales assistant didn’t tell us there was any issue but instead had us waiting 10’minutes frantically looking for his manager who eventually turned up to say we couldn’t have a refund but a credit note only. My partner asked politely to take into account Christmas holidays and that it was only 5 days out and that we didn’t live in Carmarthen but again point blank NO! Very disappointed, Completely unreasonable place to deal with. We previously told friends how good the shop was and to visit Carmarthen, but on the back of the poor way we were dealt with will now be telling everyone how unreasonable the manager was at the store and to avoid!

I have found that every department in the Carmarthen store give 110% the staff are like staff used to be years ago where they were prepared to look for an item if it wasn't on the shelf . Well done Carmarthen Days Department Store, definitely 5 ????
