They would have got a 1star from me if it wasn't that they treated the rest of my family ok I guess. But the fact I paid for everyone and I was last to be completed and I waited on cold water during my pedicure well everyone else went before me. You would think that the person who is paying for everything would get the special treatment but unfortunately my money didn't matter to them because they assumed my mother was paying when that was not the case at all.
One lady was rude when I told her I wanted extra services for example I wanted two colors, callus remover and for someone to add more hot water while I wait for my turn.
Thai did my nails and everytime I come here he does my nails. He is quick, cool, nice and does the color neat and shape great ???? I think I will make him my new nail tech. ???? (sorry if I spelled the name wrong)
I have been a devoted customer to your St. Petersburg, FL location at the Walmart on US19. The nail tech who goes by the name Selena has the nastiest attitude in the store, she really needs to learn how to talk to customers! The nastiest attitudes and treatment that I have ever experienced! … and keep in mind every time that I’ve had a manicure & pedicure I have always tipped good for my services! Selena needs to learn how to treat customers or find another profession!
Hoy lleva a mi nieta de 10 años por que está malita de salud y quería hacerle un regalo la mujer que se sienta a la derecha sola que no usa uniforme como las demás la atendió. La trato mal y le cobro como adulto no quise discutir por mi nieta y su salud pero es tremenda desagradable y mal educada y lo peor que hace mal trabajo $39 dolores hoy le regale espero los aprovechen.
Never will I come back to this place. I was just in and Christine did my Pedi. She tried ripping my ingrown toenail out. It was so bad I screamed out. Never has she caused so much pain. She's lucky I didn't kick her. Also while working on my feet she took a personal phone call. There are too many nail salons in the area to go to this one. An hour later my toe is very painful. Stay away from her.
They always do my nails and toes. They are really good at it. This is the spot to go to get the right price and have your nails looking great.
