I went to this place few times last time I did chellac , I went home and it came off rite away from all my nails tips.

I went there this week and the lady yelled at me cause I asked her to round the nails

I always do powder nails

She complained my nails are short

Very disrespectful, bad manners.

Never ever going there again.

I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Went there w/an appt. for/Lily, but when I sat in her chair and showed her what I wanted she referred me to Leo as he is the "expert" on long, curved nails. Not so much. I asked for the nails pictured with the French (except not the pink & white) and what I got was nothing even similar. I am so upset! This is a brand new set so it's not as if I can just take them off after paying then $40 + tip. He ended up glueing an additional tip to the first tip because he cut them so short at first that that is how he lengthened them some. Gobbs of acrylic! Ugly-ass shape! Not curved as I requested. Doesn't even resemble my hands & I've had acrylic nails for over 30 yrs. & many nail techs in several states. I HATE THEM!! This place looks runned down, not very clean or tidy, and no matter how many pictures you show them they don't get it right. Won't ever return! I made a huge mistake coming here! I HATE THEM!!!!!

I have been coming for months, but won't be returning. I'm normally charged $40 & have been happy with my nails. Today, the owner did my nails and they look nothing like the picture I showed her. I was also charged $60 for nails I absolutely hate.

The massage chairs need to be fixed or replaced. But I like the guy that does my pedicures usually very nice and does a great job.

Love this place! They always get my nails looking Great and they don’t take very long at all! They are all friendly, whenever I bring in a picture of nails I want they nail it!

This use to be my favorite nail salon however since opening back up from Covid they have been more concerned about penny pinching than the quality of their work. I typically get shellac which could only come off if I soaked them off or with a nail drill for the past few months my polish has been peeling off a day or two after I leave the salon as if it’s not shellac. I personally believe they are charging people for shellac but giving them gel polish. Don’t bother to return to the shop because they will look at you crazy like you did something wrong and act as if they don’t wanna fix it and have the nerve to charge you for it and still expect a tip! Also the female manager who runs the shop is very pushy she will constantly ask you if you want services you already said no to or don’t need I understand trying to make your money but being pushy or constantly bugging Someone isn’t the way to go. I was a loyal customer and always tipped however I will not be returning. Also they force you to pay in cash i have no idea why but it’s very frustrating as a customer and they definitely will give you attitude when you don’t tip them.it is a lot of young entrepreneurs out here now that are going to soon put them out of business if they don’t change their policy and attitude not to mention iPhones have the translation app in which I’ve used while sitting in the shop and they constantly talk about customers all day long especially the owner.

I paid for shellac but, ended up getting SHEWACK!! I couldn’t believe that my so called shellac polish was coming off the same day!!! They also messed up the original shape of my nails! Oh, and last but not least, tried to send me out with uneven eyebrows before I had her to correct them!! ???????? STAY AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE!!
