After my appointment, I’m surprised by all the good reviews. I waited a long time, he did not wash or style my hair at all, he was interrupted many times to answer the phone (only one there), and the most disappointing thing was that I asked for a much shorter haircut than I got. When his next appointment showed up, they were apologized to for having to wait and it felt like he was frustrated with my long hair so he stopped and didn’t ask if that was what I wanted or if I was happy with the result. I called back about an hour later saying that I would like to come back in for more length taken off and they said I’d need to pay another $40 (plus the 20% tip I left) for a whole new cut. Will just go to SuperCuts for that kind of service. Huge bummer, as I’d rather support a smaller local place near my house.
I have been getting my haircut by Sun since 1996 when he was with another company and he has always done an amazing job. I can’t say enough good things about his haircuts. Always satisfied.
$40 haircut for $15! I'm so glad I walked into DK for a haircut. Always consistent and always quality down to the last follicle. I can close my eyes and relax to open them to a great haircut. Very professional and clean salon, never have to wait long and scheduling is done with a simple quick phone call. I'd highly recommend DK to anyone.
Both my boyfriend and I get our hair done by son. He is absolutely amazing at cutting and styling hair In a way that suits you specifically. I have thick, course, textured hair, so I’m always weary of entrusting new people to manage my hair, but Sun does great every time. He and his wife are both very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. The salon is very clean and welcoming as well.
Have gone here for a long time and have always left happy, they are always so kind! Son has cut my hair for well over 10 years and always does a wonderful job ????
I love son, been getting my hair cut by him since he was at kings den in the capital mall probably about 20 years now, my dad brought me to him, and now I bring my 7 year old to him, he does a excellent job, always. Never had a problem!
Sun as been cutting my kid's hair since they were all 1 years old. They are all adults now. He is the best we have ever had. Love him so much as a hair stylist.
I've been going to Sun for over a decade and he is a master at men's hair cuts. Hair cuts include a wash and sometimes a separate rinse and are usually about 20 minutes. Make sure to make an appointment he's often book up.
