My college kiddo and roommates were on the way back from Auburn on Thanksgiving break when they got a flare tire on the interstate. I called Gary on a Saturday. In literally 20 minutes they were back on the freeway and driving. He charged $50. The kids would have waited more than an hour for roadside assistance to do the same job. Considering it’s in the 40s, raining, nearly dark, and holiday traffic, this mama’s heart was put to ease. Gary even called to let me know they were back up and running. The fast tire change and fair price were great business. Calling to let me know the kids were safe? Well…That’s a great human! I highly recommend D and D Automotive located at 108 Pecan St. Evergreen, AL, 36401!
3 friends from out of town were meeting in Evergreen. My friends car was having issues. A lady at McDonald’s suggested D & D. She called and they said bring it over. In less than 2 hours they worked her in, evaluated the problem, made recommendations and did not even charge her. Everyone was so nice and professional. Evergreen you have a treasure in D&D Automotive!
On my way home for a long 6 hour drive from vacation, my tire went flat. I pulled off and called D&D Auto and they sent Gary out to put my spare on and they fixed my tire back at the shop so I can get back on the road again. Amazing service, good hospitality, and quick service. Highly recommend! I am so appreciative of them!

My boyfriend's car broke down on the side of the road and I had to go find him. D & D Automotive was the first shop that pulled up in Google that had over a 4.5 rating. That there sold me after I started reading the reviews. We gave them a call and Gary gave us a round about time of when he could make it to us after we dropped a pin of our location. The spirit from these guys was light and very refreshing! My boyfriend had an idea of what was wrong with his car, the fuel pump, and let Gary know. By the time he towed the car to the shop, and we were pulling out to go get something to eat, the part was pulling in. We went and grabbed food and the car was done by the time we got back! To say the service and atmosphere was amazing, professional, and outstanding....is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!! Joel had plenty of jokes by the time we arrived back and kept us laughing! You definitely feel like home when you're there. Would highly recommend and use them for future services. It's worth driving here to have your vehicle serviced.
My family of 3 were on our way to Gulf Shores and our belt broke on the car creating a whole other problem on top of that. Thank goodness we found D&D Automotive and Towing! The owner is the kindest man ever, especially in our predicament. He had his son drive us to a hotel for the night because we had to wait on parts but the next morning the car was running like a CHARM. Thank you Thank you THANK YOU! Great service for a great price!
So we we're on our first family vacation and we get stranded on the highway because our car broke down... The belt broke.. well d&d automotive is the place that we chose and I'm glad we did because he went out of his way to fix our car he found us a hotel he got us a discount at the hotel he got his son to drive us to the hotel and he went into work whenever the shop was closed just so we could get our car back running beautifully and we got to go on our vacation. He asked me if we were still going on vacation and I said I really don't know now and he said don't let that happen we will work with you he did not charge me any crazy price or nothing like that. Whenever we go back to Gulf shores we will definitely stop by just to say hey and thank you again amazing people everybody at the shop was very polite.
