Was not told about $140.00 charge to look at the truck although I got it fixed there. Mitch said something about a $29.99 charge then when it came time to pay the $140.00 was charged. I called Lou's Total Car Care and they quoted me $260 all inclusive for the purge valve I paid over $400 for here. I don't know if this was because I was a new customer, a woman, a minor or what, but I will not ever return. Mechanic was nice though.

Love this shop! Mick got us in and out real quick, reasonably priced... great staff. Thank you mick for squeezing us in... We will be back for sure...

I'm not much for reviews, but these guys earn a shoot out. Great mechanics. Honest. personal and VERY professional. Been using for years and always on top of there game. Lucky to have here in Fort Myers. Recommend to EVERYBODY! Thanks Mick , Nelson and company.

If you're looking for honest, hardworking mechanics who care about their costumers, look no further! I cannot even begin to express how grateful I am for Mick and his crew! They always take good care of me and my van! They truly care about their customers and it shows.

The owner Mick is so honest and does a great job at accommodating your needs. He explaned to me everything that I should have done on my car and told me what problems could wait and what problems were crucial to have fixed in order to maintain the integrity of my vintage car. Nelson and Scott are also very helpful and very friendly! Love them!

When coming back into the shop to retrieve my car, I had asked if there was anything else done to make sure my car is alright, to which the shop owner looked at my confused, and said "we only do what you ask us to do" and preceeded to laugh. I understand I didn't ask for even a battery read, but when going to get your car checked out, generally you'd expect SOME kind of checkup. At least what I'm used to. If you want only what you for when going to get your car fixed/check on, this is the place to go. But be warned!! If getting a tire changed/replaced, there are several fees JUST to get the tire off. Such as a lifting fee, a fee to take off a dead tire, throwing AWAY the dead tire, and tons of other miniscule fees you wouldn't normally see in other auto shops. On top of it having a very cramped parking lot, I can't say I particularly enjoyed my experience, but they DID do solely what I asked them to do. Not TERRIBLE work, but it definitely wasn't pretty work.
