I went here twice I was one of the first customers of the day and both times him (the owner) or his staff whoever is responsible for the hot towels did not prep them so they were not ready. So then he had to stop giving me a haircut and go in the back and microwave it I guess. Poor customer service and was not ready for business both times very unprofessional!!
it seemed like I was the only one aware of the hair cut appointment I scheduled & ended up leaving after they had me waiting for 20 minutes.
I was a walk in and was seated immediately. D was my barber and gave me a nice fade. Highly recommended.

Steve did a graet f******* job on my cut. Wanted the Waianae boy fox tail fade and he got it down. Definitely goin back in.
