This used to be a great place to get a haircut, now Kathy leaves the phone off the hook so you can never book an appt.. horrible definitely loosing the company money. Don't be LAZY answer the phone! Do your guys job!
I really needed a hair cut for a wedding the next day. Lindsay did a great job at making me feel good about myself and making my hair feel wonderful. She knew exactly what I meant when I described my hair and told her my story lol
Kathy did a wonderful job with my hair! She was careful and conscientious with the bleach. Gave me a lovely hair cut. I'm so very pleased with the outcome!
This is excellent at matching its name: a great place for a haircut for a guy. It's a salon rather than a barber shop and plenty of ladies get their hair "done" there.
My barber, Donnie, is a master barber and one of the top two (I'm not choosing) barbers I've had in my life. Call ahead to make a reservation with him or with any of the men & women who work there.
Everytime I come here it's a great experience. Everybody is super nice and welcoming, I get my haircut exactly how I want it, and when I can't decide I always get good suggestions and it comes out awesome. My boyfriend loves coming here too. He's super particular on how he wants his hair and even when we don't get our usual stylist, they still do an excellent job.
Visiting my sister, who is new to the area & she recommended The Cuttery. Kathy did a wonderful job on my cut.
Claudia does not listen to clients! My daughter went in to change her style from a bob to a layered look for her school pictures.We showed Claudia a picture but she cut her hair in a pixie cut insteadnothing like the picture and she cut her bangs shorter than I asked. She said yeah, but it will grow in to look like that.
Claudia cut my hair 3 weeks earlier I went in and asked for her to just trim and thin the top of existing style. I ended up with my back of my hair shaved to the crown. When I said she cut it too short she said I asked for the wrong thing.
Claudia stick to masculine cuts and leave us ladies alone!
Needed a quick trim and had heard about this place. Went in on a busy Saturday but still was seated immediately. My stylist was Claudia and she did exactly what I had asked for. Quick and easy, without going haywire and chopping off too much (which so many do!). My haircut was so cheap that I tipped 100% because the service was that good! Highly recommend.
