Haircuts turned out nice and were timely, yet reasonably priced. Keisha is very kind. As someone who hates getting haircuts, I felt very comfortable in her chair. However, loudly gossiping about their boss, other employees, and regular customers while there's clients in the chair and waiting room isn't the most professional thing.
It's really unfortunate that some of the employees here aren't willing to perform all of the services offered by the salon. Simone (I think her name is? Shortish blonde hair, glasses, never seems to want to do any work in my past 3 visits?) probably shouldn't be employed by a salon if she isn't skilled enough to do a basic bang trim. She either needs to be trained to perform this skill to a satisfactory level or get over the fear of performing it and do her job. She made me wait for another stylist when my turn came up because I asked for my bangs to be trimmed and she said she absolutely does not do anything with bangs. She made other customers wait too when it was their turn because she didnt want to service them. Its a HUGE turnoff to hear your employees laugh that they can't do such basic haircutting skills. I watched you lose business over this. Not charming. The service is listed on the board, which means I should be able to receive it regardless of which cosmetic artists are on shift.
Stylists did not greet me and the person with me when I came in, just kind of looked up and avoided us. We finally figured out that we would have to sign ourselves in. No one directed us to do so, which resulted in us having to wait even longer because they ended up servicing someone who came in after we had already arrived.
This business has been great in past visits but this experience was below the level of service that I would usually receive here. The great stylists I've worked with in the past were either off for the day or have moved on to better work environments. Employees might need to have a chat about what's acceptable and expected at work.
Keshia was amazing. I hated my hair before due to post partum hairloss and I was trying to grow it out but it kept getting thiner and thiner so I decided to get it cut to a pixie cut, I feel so much more confident now and I can't stop obsessing over it. I will never go to anyone else ever again!
Call for appointment on 4/7/2023 was told they were mainly doing walk ins that day, discussed what I needed done, then drove across town to be told that one hair stylist was booked up for the day and the other lady didn’t think she could do that style, very frustrating!!!!!
I had the pleasure of meeting Dee today. I had only been here once a few month back so, I didn’t have a preferred stylist. Dee is new to the establishment and a great addition! She did an AMAZING job on my highlights, cut, style & wax! It’s obvious she’s a pro with color and seeing one’s vision. Definitely go and see her! Also another plus of going here is they aren’t over priced like many salons in the area. Very reasonable!
Very clean, easy walk in and the ladies I had contact with were so pleasant. Heather gave me a fabulous cut and took her time, I have difficult cowlicks and very thick hair. No bums rush or time limit in the chair like Great Clips. Very happy to have found my new salon.
It was my first time going to this salon today. Dee cut my hair (short) and she is absolutely professional. She’s an amazing stylist. My hair is thin, seemingly not much of it, therefore it’s not easy do anything with it. She did a great job. She worked with her scissors like an artist. I just moved here a few months ago from Miami and I’m so happy to have found her. I highly recommend her to anyone.
I went in to get my hair straightend just straightened not shampoo or nothing I asked how much when I went to pay the lady said 65 dollars just to flat iron my hair I said is it normally that high she automatically went in to defensive very rude her name is Kiesha she is even the manger up there so I called and reported her, her response was that's how much I charge for ethnic hair my hair is not ethnic anyways she was very rude and way to over priced do not use her name is kiesha!!!
