I went in at about 11:00 on a Saturday as a walk-in. The atmosphere is nice, there are plenty of chairs if you have to wait. They looked very busy but got me in quickly. I needed a fill and a pedicure (both gel). I only waited about ten minutes before my services began. (I had gone to a different place a few weeks ago and the girl did such a bad job and took hours to do my nails.)
The older gentleman at the first table on the left (from when you enter the salon) did my fill and gel polish. I should've taken his card cause he did such a spectacular job! The whole process was comprehensive, he fixed my nails to the way I expected. It was nice to watch him work, taking meticulous care in the process to fix, file, and shape my nails to the way I wanted, the polish was done correctly, covering the whole nail. He was proficient, fast, and accurate.
My pedicure was also done well, they did hot stone and massage, I didn't expect it, I've never gotten a basic pedicure with such extra services. He wasn't as meticulous as the guy doing my nails, but I'm still happy with it overall.
The price was fantastic at $75. I've been to different salons in the area and in different states to get the same exact services, gotten less attention and worse service and paid $90-$125.
I'll be coming back for services here as long as I'm in the Fort Mohave/Bullhead City area.

Worst acrylic nail job I’ve ever had in my life. The older gentleman did my nails. He didn’t fit the acrylics to my actual nails so they look awful. Two of my nails-he glued on crooked. I asked him to use the white powder with sparkle and he didn’t so he added glitter at the end but it didn’t turn out correctly. They look terrible and I was charged $50 for a mess. He was rude also.
Waited over an hour even though I had made my appointment over 3 weeks ago....so today was the last straw! Been going to this salon for over five years!!! They do good work, but their customer service is ok at best! Actually, they did me a favor... I've been unhappy with their service for a long time now!! Always late and are never apologetic for it!! Glad to be moving on!!!! So many places in BHC and Fort Mohave to chose from! Don't need to be treated this way!!
Was referred by a friend to this shop, John did my nails and Tiffany did my pedicure, I have found a nail shop finally that does good quality work! I live in havasu and will make the drive to this shop. Thank you Cute nails for a fabulous job!
I do not like to talk bad about local businesses in our area but this was seriously the worst customer service I've experienced! On two occasions I've called to make an appointment for my mom and she shows up and they are saying she was not in the appointment books and this is the second time this has happened. I went in there to find out what happened to her appointment and they did not want to admit their mistakes rather than admitting to their mistakes the owner (female) said it was my fault in front of her customers. I tried to explain to her and her husband that this is the second time this has happened and why I was upset that every time she went in they always made her wait when she had an appointment that was supposed to be booked but like I said they did not want to admit their mistakes. Oh and let me mention that the female owner had nothing else to say so she decided to say that if my mom spoke better English we wouldn't have that problem and she said that with an accent. Sad she has to go that low. (This is just the short version of what happened)
I asked for all black coffin shaped nails. At first glance I thought they were ok/ they are not. The tips used were too small and some of the sides of my nail were left unpainted. The gel polish is on my cuticles :( after we got into the car my 13yr old daughter told me she felt uncomfortable when the lady doing her pedicure asked if her toenails didn’t grow..(she’s had surgery on her toe for ingrown nail so her nail is smaller) The friend I was with got a decent full set, but I guess not every nail tech is the same in this shop. It was 79 total for the services and I tipped $16. Regrettably * edited for response. Terrible work, no accountability, poor customer service
Make an appointment! I only see Rosalyn for nails as does my daughter and I really like her work. I’ve had pedicures by Tina who is also really good. Prices are comparable to other places i’ve seen.
Visiting from out of town and referred to a specific person. As a walk-in, I was greeted by a employee on a personal phone call reclining in a chair, holding the door open with her legs…almost couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge me. As I waited, I noted the salon to be rather busy. The services of the mani/pedi were fine, however I found the business to be very untidy and not particularly clean. I wonder if the Health Department makes frequent calls? I will not find a reason to return.
