I would give it less than one star if i could!!! The worst nail experience and custumer service ever! I got my nails done there yesterday. Called to make an appt for 2pm for a full set. Got that with gel polish today which should already be a good sell.I made an appointment, so didn’t just walk in. In total this full set with gel polish took 23 minutes. That’s absurd and a good job could not have been done in that amount of time. First of all he was on his phone the first few minutes and did not talk hardly at all. His demeanor was very rude and unpleasant. He did not touch my cuticles or do any kind of manicure with this which I would have paid for (I obviously needed one). Polish is not covering the entire nail on the edges and he did not have me rinse my hands after filling, just painted the gel over the rough areas. He was very rough with pushing my hands around. He also did not do lotion or anything at the end. Just did a very poor and careless job on a full set of acrylics and gel paint and sent me on my way.. in 23 mins, with dry hands and awful cuticles. They do not look good and I will have to get these done again elsewhere ( so like tomorrow). Which i am not pleased with. I will be reviewing you all on all sites and platforms I can find, with pictures included, & will be taking my business elsewhere.
I love my visit today. The male tech did a pretty good job with my full set French tip!
I love coming here for a Mani and pedi. I always get compliments on my nails when I get them done here.

You got better options! All things considered it was definitely a close salon to go, and the the interior looks amazing! The staff were interesting to say the least though. My tech had to be called in, and was overall pleasant, however there was definitely an awkwardness. Additionally I did see that they denied a customer a walk-in because apparently she needed an appointment? (But no one else did? I don’t know if it was because she had a kid with her.) Also it didn’t really feel like there was a lot of work put into my pedicure. I still had to come home, clean out my nails, and had to wipe off some of the lotion left on my legs. I’m being very kind about this review cause overall it wasn’t terrible. Just definitely not recommending this place anytime soon.

Everyone was very nice. The price was reasonable. I wanted a design I saw on Pinterest and she didn't complain or charge me a ton extra. The shop is also very clean. I got a mani/pedi and only waited a few minutes as a walk in. Great service.
Switched technicians in the middle of my mani, and made one hand look different than the other. I complained and they started all over again, so after the wait time and waiting for them to redo everything I was there for almost two hours for a polish change not even a pedicure. Will not be coming back
