I called yesterday to make an appt for my 5 yr old which they accepted. I walked in this morning, no one said anything. About a min or so, when one of the ladies working looked at me, I said my son has at appt at 11:30 and it was 10:57am. This lady said have a seat and I said okay. Then I said I can just wait in the car and come in a lil later. She switch to their native language and spoke with her other barber. The other I guess Ann said, let me talk to you outside cuz the other one told her to talk to me. Just to say, she’s the only one that cuts kinky hair. And that she doesn’t have time to cut my son’s. 1. She never saw my son’s hair to determine what type of hair he has. 2. Ann kept saying come next time. There won’t be next time! 3. This woman said she accepted the appt cuz I sounded “white.” I’m actually shocked in the way the other barber attitude changed within those secs we spoke. Also, when I had called, they should’ve asked what type of hair they going to deal with. This could’ve been accessed differently. In stead of switching up in languages and telling me to step outside to talk to me. Do better!

My first review was deleted so here it is AGAIN.

First I requested an appointment for 5 pm which I was told was fine. When I arrived I was scolded for not being there earlier and that they're technically closed. Even though the website and front door say 5:30. Second I requested a One on the sides and a trim on top. What I received was a Fade with nothing trimmed of the top. Thanks for nothing????

After my barber of 40 years retired, I started going to Custom Trim Barbers and seeing Anh. She has a natural, intuitive way of styling your hair, always listening to what it is you're trying to accomplish. Even though I have very little hair, my monthly appointments are a highlight of the day. Thank you Anh and Custom Trim Barbers.

This is the only barber shop I have used for several years now, and am sure for the many years to come!

After doing some searching for a local barber shop, I ended my search here, and have been back ever since! In my opinion this barber shop is the best in the area because I always receive the best! From what I have seen over the past few years, there is not a certain type of hair style, or type these ladies can not handle. Do you have kids? If so GREAT, bring them along and they will be taken care of!

Very hard working, skilled, professionals, offering exceptional quality service is what you will experience when coming to this barber shop!

Amazing!! I just got my hair cut here for the first time as I recently moved to the area. Le took the time to understand what I was looking for and she did an amazing job! I get a classic side part cut with a fade, and it's always tough to find a good barber. So once I find a good one I become a very loyal customer. It's safe to say I'll be back soon!
