Omg I love my nails a lady named immet them she was very professional wonderful done in a good manner in time I'm so satisfied I found my new nail shop and person who I would have do my nails from this point on out she was really respectful gentle doing my nails I will refer anyone and everyone to this nail shop most of all to her I never had my nails done to perfection til I went to her I love her work and much more she is the best everyone needs to go to this nail shop I have no complaint at all thank you for the wonderful experience
Even though I came without an appointment I didn't have to wait. Came with my mom and daughter and we all got our pedicure right away so that deserves 5 stars. I couldnt really understand the ladies in there but we both communicated. Clean place. They use plastic bags for every single individual so that's really comfortable to know.
I had my nails done on Saturday . I was not happy. I went back in to show the ower. He had me see Annie. She did an amazing job. I will go back and make sure Annie does my nails for now on
I wanted a French tip with hot pink with almond nails. She was fair with the price which was $40. But she had such a hard time trying to make the French tip that her lines couldn't be even, so I just told her to cover it up with something because I didn't want my whole nails pink. Definitely going to find an IG nail artist here in Fresno next time :/
I asked for a gel manicure because the place that I usually go to was all booked that day. The nails came out fine. However, for one of the nails she painted outside of the line and since some was on my skin it peeled off part of the polish on my nail as well. My gel nails only lasted me about 3 days when they’re supposed to last about 2 weeks. Definitely not worth $30.
Annie is the best, I always get my nails done by her. Her shaping is always nice 10/10!
I went in for a pedicure, the tech folded my nails with polish, she did clean them up with acetone but very sloppily slapped the gel on, the proceeded to file the mail immediately after curing it. My gel cracked and brok after just 2days I won’t be going back. Id rather spend more to have the job done right.
Good customer service, but one of the workers has an attitude. But everyone else is amazing.
