I love going to Crystal nails! I got moved here and was looking for a new nail shop and decided to stop in and have gone nowhere else since. They never disappoint. They have executed everything I have asked with no problems. Even under a short time limit they got me in and out without it looking rushed. I come out with beautiful nails every time.
I traveled from Metairie to Slidell to run a few errands and needed my nails done with last minute urgency for the holiday. After reviewing several salons on Google, I noticed Crystal Nails & Spa had the trendiest nails in the area and headed their way. Although they do not schedule appointments, my wait time was short and I had the pleasure of meeting Vincent. Vincent's light is so bright and spirit so kind, I was just happy to be there. I'm super picky about every detail but I met my match because Vincent was much pickier! He did a phenomenal job and was very big on ensuring that I was educated on product knowledge and skill set.

Very busy place. It was a bit too hot for me getting a pedicure with hot water. They should click on the air. Also the person working on me was rushing to get to the other people waiting. My nails was not buffed and filed as the edges was sharp instead of smooth. Idk if I would go back. I would also like more conversation from the person working with me. It’s nerve racking to assume I know what you want me to do by hand touches only.
I began going to Crystal in 2006 faithfully. I typically would get a pedi every 3 weeks.
After the mask mandate was lifted they still required customers to wear a mask.
I haven't been back since and I never will.
The nail tech cut my skin on several fingers and made me bleed. On at least four fingers, there are very clear marks that show broken, red, and irritated skin. My skin/nails hurt doing everything things like showering, putting any facial products on, etc.
Love going there the people are very nice I've never had any problems and there nails are fire they do an excellent job
Went in to get my nails done, not only did i get them done but an amazing pedicure, eyebrows waxed, and lash extensions. I had an amazing time treating myself out. Staff mad it such a great day!!
