Not a big fan of this place at ALL! I spent over $100 on extensions that were told to me to be "real hair" literally in mid-November of 2022. I have extensions that are over five years old that are in better condition than the so-called "new" extensions. You be the judge. Mind you, I take good care of my extensions; hence which explains the extensions to the right are still in good condition. I will never go to this place ever again! By the way, this picture was just taken this morning.
I went with a group of clients and we were all amazed! This shop has everything you might need. DJ, Christian, Marquis and Irene helped us and they were quite friendly. Excellent customer service! We will be going back.
I have so many of they’re wigs I love this place the staff is so accommodating outstanding owner and management they even walk me to my car and I’ve never asked for that! They have a huge inventory for all hair types and needs!
Yesterday was my first time at Crowns wigs . I took my mom to check out some wigs and hair peices. We had planned to check out several different store but when we walked in and saw the large section of wigs and hair pieces not to mention the price tags I knew we didn't have to go anywhere else. The staff was so helpful and so was the owner. We ended up getting 2 wigs one pony tail & some accessories. I would highly recommend this place for your beauty needs.
I went in too crown wigs and I am so happy I did. From the moment I walked in there was a beautiful young lady with a smile on her face willing to help me with any question I had, and I had several questions. The young lady who helped me pick out ponytails, a wig, and clip ins was the most pleasant, she was patient and understanding which is so hard to find these days. I never felt judged or felt rushed or pressured to purchase, it was so nice to be able too feel comfortable asking questions I would have been hesitant to ask at other places I've been too. I got everything I needed and more, I could not believe how affordable crown wigs was, I could have saved myself a lot of money if I would have found them a year ago. The staff was amazing down too the security guard, and a sweet gentleman behind the counter who was also so helpful. I will never go to another shop to buy my hair. The quality is also great, and I assure you this place is where it's at if you need any type of hair, I've been to almost every hair store in the inland empire and this is as good as it gets. 5 stars and a big thank you to crown wigs. Having to buy hair has been very tough since I lost my hair and you guys made me feel so comfortable. That means more than you could ever imagine. Please try crown wigs if you are looking for hair, you will be so happy you did.
Girl with turbin/hairwrap, I apologize for forgetting her name; she was very helpful and I know it's kind of hard to deal with different people and different personalities, she was able to help us. But the owner on the other hand I think he needs a vacation; he was very on edge he kind of snapped at my Aunt for her fluffing the wig which is what she does when she's picking a wig but it was technically the cheapest wig in there. Plus the wig she was wearing probably cost more than the whole synthetic wigs that were on the stand so I do believe that he kind of needs to take a chill pill. (And that's my white side lol)I understand that he has a wall of patrons that come in and disrespect but we were never there to disrespect we were there to pay a good amount of money for services not only for your product but for good customer service which the girl with the turban (I apologize again for not remember her name) I think it was LaShawn but she was very helpful and very sweet and she did explain why the manager did not want my aunt to fluff the wig which my aunt likes to style her wigs and just to see if she likes it and to see if it's doable. we're kind of weird about trying on stuff that someone else has probably tried on. so we kind of look at it from that standpoint. so it's good if you try to treat everyone with great customer service because you never know the type of person you're going to get might be the person that's going to be able to pay for a substantial amount of money towards your store. We shouldn't have to state your status/class to be respected as possible buyers, most times you don't know until the person checks out. but otherwise I felt like everyone was helpful and still again the owner needs to take a vacation and relax.
If I could give -10 I would. No greetings just “you need to sanitize your hands.” I did as I was walking it I stated. Security “we need to see you do it”. I walked around seeking assistance, when I saw a young lady asked is she worked here. She assisted me.
As I was standing in what I thought was the line to pay when I Hispanic lady loudly said “you need to stand on the yellow circle…” I was completely confused as I was waiting to be checked out. Then she said “you don’t like to follow directions do you?” As if I was her child. I explained I thought I was next, which I was, but another went ahead of me.
No worries I will not return. Disrespectful, rude and UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF working behind the counter.
The girls are very friendly there and they have GREAT prices, and they always have some that are marked down!
