I booked a last-minute appt at 4 pm because I decided to give this barbershop a chance. I walked into the place and nobody even looked at me or greeted me. The place was super crowded with kids and friends from the barbers. I waited 35 minutes for nothing. I’m convinced it was a mistake. Super loud music, dirty floors, and clearly poor sanitation. They charge $40 for a haircut, pretty disappointing experience, end up walking out when I was really needing a haircut. Zero customer service, and nobody checked on me the whole time. If you don't mind any of these things I guess this place is for you.

There are probably 2 barbers that are worth getting a haircut from over here at this establishment. BUT YOU COULD never get a haircut from them, it don't matter if you call the day before like they tell you to do. I call at 9AM and there are no barbers available to cut hair. I am realizing this place is where Only Friends of the Crew get Haircuts. I am not a friend ... but I am a paying customer. This is not for the common people to go grab a haircut but a club for the Older Latin Cool kids to talk there ishh. I really try hard to like this place but as time has past it is nearly impossible to grab a haircut when you need one. The ONLY for sure way about getting a haircut is as soon as you walk out the door from getting one by them... try calling everyday for a week until you get an appointment. This place needs to hire more barbers who don't call out sick or go on vacation every week. At the price you pay for a haircut I expected better service here. Maybe I should go next door from the Barber shop to see if there any barbers by the bar who wanna make money and cut some hair. Like I said the two Barbers that are in there are great! But you have to either be lucky or be part of the "In Crowd" to get a hair cut. It's a shame for them because I am an easy 80-100 bucks a month of revenue for them. But a Haircut once a week ain't cutting it for me. (Pun Intended)

Amazing place! Great service and the cuts are outstanding!

The price for a men's haircut ($40) is higher than what I pay at my go-to barber of 6 years in Manhattan ($25) but the attention to detail of the haircut and overall cleanliness of the barbershop was much better here. I can't justify taking a 35 minute subway ride to get my haircut anymore so it looks like I’ve found myself my new barbershop.

Beautiful shop with skilled barbers. Smooth music creates a nice atmosphere for a fresh cut. Great job Manny!

The environment is spectacular. The workers are all nice and have great personalities. I brought my two sons here and I will continue to bring them. Prices are fair and the haircuts speak for themselves. Amazing work.

Too expensive for what you get. And on top of that, they charge $2 if you pay with a credit card. These guys are not getting my business never again. There are lots of nice Dominican barbers in the area that do the same quality job for half the price.

Great customer service. Excellent barbers. Extremely clean. Awesome location. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go here
