I am sending love from Brentwood, Tennessee to Melissa and the Creative Nails Team for the best treatment ever to my Dad! It was his very first pedicure at 80 yrs old! He was shy and somewhat embarrassed but Melissa ensured me that he would be in the best care and he was! His feet look AMAZING! I look forward to visiting you soon for a pedicure as well! Thank you so much for the compassion shown towards my Dad!❤ I will definitely recommend you to all of my friends traveling through Kosciusko and my family/friends in the surrounding cities!

I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. Nails are crooked. Edges aren’t clean. Some are more rounded than others. As long as I was there, I would’ve thought it would’ve looked better and $50 for this?? I think I’ll continue to get $5 press ons from Walmart.

Destiny did my nails and she did an amazing job! The atmosphere was very warm and friendly. Overall, a great experience and service!

The environment is lovely the people are nice and welcoming, my problem comes with the actual nail quality I got my nails done Wednesday it’s now Monday morning and it’s already coming up and it looks like I’ve had them in for weeks and needing a fill in on the plus side my eyebrows look good

I have been going to creative for years now & has been a satisfied customer until the last 2 visits. I went in and Melissa did my nails upon picking out my color when she applied it to my nails I told her that doesn’t look like the color on the chart so I picked out another color instead of her removing the first coat of polish she put on she put the second color on top saying it’s gong to look ok less than a week later I was back in the shop. I went in yesterday sit there for almost an hour soaked the gel off ONLY for the tech to tell me he was tired to let Melissa do them or to come back the next morning. This was very UNPROFESSIONAL and they will never get another dime of my money.

They we're in a hurry and the older guy coated my nails so much that it couldn't dry. I sat under the heat machine for 8 minutes.

He made fun of my nails being thin and the last stroke of nail polish he said "K. $25 please."

I kept telling him the right nail was glued on crooked. He wouldn't take it off and fix it.

It looked like a five year old did my nails. Finger nail polish on my fingers and glue on my fingers. I had to take it off and re paint it.

I will not go back there!!

The staff is so nice and knows their customers well. One of the reasons I continue business with them!

THUMBS D O W N ! They Didn’t Take Me Nor Their Jobs Seriously. The Hospitality Is Great But The Nail Techs Are Too Rough And Don’t Apply The Acrylic Correctly. And My Eyebrows Were A Mess Because The Lady Was In A Rush. I’m Tired Of Being Disappointed.
