Amazing work been coming here for years. Haissam is a great guy and takes care of his people. Best eyebrow, tanning, and styling in town. It’s convenient because he has everything here!
I’ve been getting my hair cut with Hys for 30 years and come in weekly. I now bring my 3 kids in. Haircut and shave is always perfect. My kids also go to Nader sometimes and he does an excellent job! Creative is the best shop in town!
I been coming here a lot and the owner is decent but one of the new barbers they have was cutting my hair and every time he tried to get an angle he kept literally pushing my head a little hard. I’m getting the hint that I’m not wanted there just so I don’t come back. It’s a culture thing were they only want their relatives or people from their “village back home” to come, it’s extremely obvious to me because they take their time cutting their hair but for me it’s so quick and missed spots that needed cutting. The reason I didn’t call out the barber for pushing my head like that is because I didn’t want to cause a scene in front of the women, and children who are there with their parents just out of respect for them, so I decided to be professional and keep to myself but I’m never getting a haircut there again.
I went in for a trim and cleanup and I told the stylist how I wanted my hair to be and somehow he didn't listen and cut it too short to the point where I can't even fix it up the way I like it. I spoke to the owner, only thing he did was to reprimand the stylist and I still had to pay for the services! Disgraceful really. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want a good haircut.
Hair to me and maybe a lot of other people is an "identity", and it is very hard on someone when their identity is ... destroyed.
If there are negative stars, I would honestly put them. Owners think negative reviews hurt businesses, but I believe they do the opposite as it is a way to help them fix something instead of having unsatisfied customers not return and give them their service.
The barber I usually go to is on a trip and I wanted to try a new barber. I find this salon near me house and pay them a visit. I young barber invites me and cuts my hair. I tell him to sharpen the sides and take some off the top. I go home and I look at it before taking a shower, turns out he took some off the top right side of my head and didn't look like he touched the left side. It looked awkwardly weird, no one has ever done that to my hair. I go back and tell him to fix the side, and he tells me that I told him not to touch the top too much and just trim when I did tell him that but I didn't tell him to give me one side with long hair and the other with nothing, it was as if it was done on purpose. Anyway, I go home again and find a mirror to take a look at the back of my head, its very uneven and just looks terrible. I have been wearing a hat to hide the back of my awful haircut until my barber gets back. Moral of the story to owner: Don't hire inexperienced people, or maybe hire them and give customers free haircuts or even pay them to give them a haircut, you cannot do that with people's hair.
I have been a client of creative image for over 20 years and have always had the most pleasant experience and perfect haircut. Haithem and Ali are phenomenal barbers and always make sure their clients leave happy!
Never will come back. Took my little brother here for a cut and didn’t get the barbers name but he wore glasses and could not fade his hair right or even give him a straight cut. Luckily my brother hair on the top was long enough to cover this mess. He’s just going to have to let it grow and find a different barber shop.
