I have been using this salon since I moved into the neighborhood 10 years ago! They are wonderful, everything is clean and professional. The entire staff is kin and accommodating. My hairdresser Senada B. is the best! She listens to your needs and always gives you what you ask for and takes her time with you. she will go above and beyond to ensure that the outcome of your hair is the best. I highly recommend Senada and the entire shop for all your services
I was able to get an appointment quickly. The customer service was very good. I was very happy with my haircut and I will definitely go back. This place was recommended to me by my coworker who lives in the area. Highly recommend.
Love Love LOVE my Stylist John B! He is insanely talented. His layered cuts are incomparable. I was complimented by 4 different stylists while on vacation in Aruba.
HIGHLIGHTS --- I want to add to "Hairstyling" and "Haircut"' as another EXCELLENT service, but I am specifically referring to Sanela, who, in my opinion, is a MASTER hair stylist. I have been going to Sanela for about twenty years now. I have moved to different locations, but I find a way to get to Brooklyn because there is no one else on the East Coast who can do my hair like Sanela. Creative Hair Spa is overall a nice place and I never have to wait. They are also very nice over the phone when I make an appointment.
I love getting my hair done at Creative Hair Spa. The staff is so friendly and courteous. They really care about their clients. I love going to see John. He is amazing. He really works with you to achieve the hairstyle that is right for you. I always go with a hair style that I like and I ask his professional opinion and the end result is a happy client who loves her hair and the style that makes her look beautiful. I went to Creative for hair color and highlights, My stylist was Stephen. Right from the start I learned that he is very experienced and knowledgeable in hair care, and hair coloring. Stephen is a creative professional and I might add - a great sense of humor I enjoyed my visit , but most importantly my hair turned out amazing!! Thank you Stephen I highly recommend Stephen.
