We came for 4 walk in pedicures and had a great experience! We had excellent, attentive service. Nothing was rushed, from the leg massage to the painting we were impressed with how thorough they were- will be back!
I went in with an inspiration picture and the lady who did my nails said she could do it no problem. The main issue I have is that I got my nails done on 6/3 and today 6/4 part of the polish or dip has chipped off my middle finger, just about 24 hours after the service. They are not holding up well
Can't recommend this place. We called and made a reservation because we had a large group (for pre-wedding nails). We showed up and things felt very disorganized. Our appointment was at 1:30 and some of the group wasn't done til 3:45. Random walk ins came after our group, and a few of them were getting helped BEFORE members of our group, who had been waiting for an hour by that point. Several of us ended up with bloody cuticles because they were not careful with the Dremel. When asked to be more careful because it was hurting, we were met with eye rolls and attitude. Further, there was no disinfecting of the instrument after contact with blood. I understand that occasionally accidents happen, but the lack of apology and the fact that it happened multiple times during our visit (I personally experienced it on the same finger 3 times in a row and this happened to a few others as well), shows a lack of care for their customers and points to a need for more training. I got my manicure done 5 days ago and this is the first day my finger hasn't hurt. While the overall manicure looks fine, the experience was anything but.
Worst nail salon I’ve been to. Let me preface this with I typically do my own dip manicures at home, however I was in town with family who wanted to go so I went with. Their methods are awful. First of all my lady began by cutting all the tips off which included my natural nail underneath when I had told her I wanted to keep my natural nail. She then began picking under the nail to see if she would be able to pop them off which I responded with “can’t you soak them off” and she finally got the acetone and foil out. Then when applying the dip she flooded my cuticles (meaning added way too much of the base) which in turn created thick, uneven nails. She also never asked what shape I wanted and started going at square when I had came in with oval and I had to stop her to tell her what I wanted. I had to asked for the file to help shape the mess she created. What was my natural longer nail was filed to a stub and she tried to say we couldn’t do oval because of how short they were- which was her fault. Lastly she slapped the top coat on with no precision or care. Then to top it all off my pedicure was bad too. Globs of paint. Didn’t use toe foams to begin with and of course my toes touched smearing the paint. She attempted to fix it which made the nail worse. Then I had her remove it and do it again and then she finally pulls out the toe separators. They are too cheap to use them in the first place? Overall not worth the money. Take the time to make an appointment elsewhere. There’s a reason this place isn’t busy.
I get my eyebrows done here everytime but today was the last time they use to do them really well when Lao was there now that she’s gone it gets worse and worse each time this time was the last straw for me that lady took off the whole end of my right eyebrow and my eyebrows don’t look the same at all! ????

I tried to give them another chance because I thought they were just having a off day because I’ve never really had a problem before that wasn’t fixable. A different person did it this time not only were my eyebrows awful, I’m not sure if this lady owns the store but she was being rude after I said I didn’t like them. When she did them I asked her to fix them right away she kept trying to argue but she fixed it a little bit I get up go to the bathroom to get a better look, and I still didn’t like them. I go to the counter and politely ask her to fix them again for one she’s on her phone not paying me any attention she keeps saying my eyebrows look good and when I came in they we’re already thin and that she basically just cleaned around them etc etc. I kept telling her I didn’t like them and she took a picture of them trying to convince me that they looked good. She was speaking in a rude manner as if she didn’t care I tried showing her a picture of what they usually look like, and she brushed it off saying the picture was so long ago and there’s nothing she can do to fix them and to come back when my eyebrows grow again. I couldn’t show her a recent picture because they looked bad the last time they did them also. I did them myself after that incident I couldn’t do them myself this time because I let them grow too long and didn’t have the right tools to do it I should of tried, because I’ve wasted my time once again and they’re very unprofessional! Only good thing that came out of this is she said I didn’t have to pay as if I was gonna make that mistake again after last time. ????
Fantastic job with nails and pedicures. finally found a place that my dipped nails stay on and look great for weeks.

Had an awesome experience here! Did my nails for St. Patrick's Day (I work at an Irish Pub) and have already gotten so many compliments! Staff is kind and attentive, they were so nice! And great prices!!! The lady who did my nails took her time, did awesome detailing, and really cared about how they would look and made sure I was gonna be happy with them. Definetly reccomend this place! ????
