Do not go to this location they have roaches all kind of bugs. The bathroom is not clean. The bed is dirty The front desk person is very rude. They don’t refund your money. If you have a problem with the property this place is not fit to be open they need to close it down. It does not look like the pictures they have box TVs roaches on the side of the TVs look like been dead for a while. This property have not been kept up the Board of Health need to go there and shut it down and they get mad when you tell them about the property how nasty your room is do not waste your money on this property. This property is no stars and it stinks. Don’t waste your time go on your own risk. I will never refer nobody to this property.
Enjoyed our stay... nice rooms, good strong hot showers, cable tv... close to everything you need.
The rooms are the biggest In leesvillle by far , no bugs the furniture is outdated but the staff is very friendly and outgoing, so if you can handle bare min this is the place to be.

They have a great staff they’re very friendly. Reasonable rates A fresh pot of coffee every morning their office is always clean as well as their rooms and bathrooms. By far the best management team I have met so far.
Room was clean but alot of rift raff no cofee even in lobby..The ac sounded like it was on its last leg .
We'll see on work for a few months the weekly rate went up $100 in a year I want to look at the rooms before I went in cuz I didn't like the outside appearance and I'm glad I did I would not recommend it I will not say what I didn't like about it but I know I would not stay there
This a no frills budget hotel. Large rooms that come with micro and mini-fridge. Very nice, helpful and professional staff. Centrally located with a late night diner with good food next door. I suggest you bring your own towels and soap, their towels are clean, but very thin and the soap a bit harsh for my skin. Book with them directly for the best price. I traveled for work and it met my needs for a three day work related stay
