I've never been to Country Classics Hair Designs. Matter of fact, I've never even heard of it! But I imagine they're quite nice people. Three thumbs up.
I had a pretty bad experience. I had an appointment at 5 with Reagan and ended up staying until 9. When she finished my hair had several dark spots, my money piece was white, and the blonde did not come up as high as I asked. We scheduled a time the following day to fix and cut it but she called early since she had a no call no show. I got there and the other person came in so she started my bleach and then stopped to take care of the other lady. She came back and finished my hair after that and it still came out with dark spots and banding as well as my bangs coming out white. I would include pictures but Idk if I can here. I don't know what to do since I already went back to get it fixed. I came here because they had good ratings and I asked for someone who does great with blonde but I wish I wouldn't have since my hair was already an even color when I came in just grown out.
What a great salon!! Julie Hamilton knocked it out of the park making my mom's hair look fabulous! Her attention to detail was on point. The salon is very welcoming and hair cuts are reasonably priced. Well worth the visit!!!
Would highly recommend Mandi for cut, color, highlights and balayage. She's very very skilled and probably could do extremely well at a high end salon. She has a wonderful personality and listens to what you want. The salon is clean, waiting room is a bit uncomfortable. Reason I give this place four and not a five is because their Receptionist is very rude and unwelcoming. I came in at the time that Mandi wrote down on the card and she had the audacity to tell me that I was too early and was extremely condescending. I called the other night and had the unpleasure speaking with her. She's killing their business and need to start treating clients with more respect. We are paying customers if she wants to be rude do it elsewhere. Next this place need to charge their clients way more. The prices are super cheap and the hair stylists need to eat too. o strongly encourage you people to tip well because they are making peanuts
This is the first time using this place me and my fiance had her hair done she had it colored I had it cut had an amazing experience with the young ladies that were there it is a family-run business I would suggest everyone go here amazing people
