Always friendly, flgreat shop and staff. been coming here since I was a kid
Took my 2 years old son there for the second time. Decent guys, good attitude, listend to my request and made my little man feel comfortable. And of course, nice hair cut too.
Worst barbershop I've ever been in my life. Disrespectful and unprofessional. I asked to have my beard trimmed (twice), and the guy simply shaved it all before I could say something. I tried to be a reasonable person and said it was ok, but his attitude then was so disrespectful, he didn't even say he was sorry. I said it wasn't a correct way to treat customers and he was like "ok, next". The shaving work was poorly done, in order to save time for the next customer I guess. I only wish I could have my money back. This place is a joke. Never walk in.
No card payments??? For months??? It's really time to report it to your head office so someone can come and fix it. You loosing money as not everyone carries a lot of cash on them and it's very irritating for us..pay more attention to your reviews and try to fix the problems...customers not happy, employees not happy...obviously something is wrong..please, don't chew chewing gums with open mouth when serving people...also, training on how to make coffee would be good, almost burned my tongue as coffee was served burning hot..make employee's conditions better, ask them what can be done for them so they feel happier at work...
You will find confused mixed reviews because 2 shops have been accidentally merged into one by name ... costas coffee and costas hairdressing which are both on harrow road ...
Costas hairdressing is a brilliant place , been going here since forever and had no problems at all . See ya soon mate ????

Always giving me take away cups, even I want to sit in and no not because it's closing anytime soon, worker asks me to stand up and move table cause she wants to clean that area, and no not because it's late or anything and not because I sat there too long...the people here are just rude, don't come here if you want a pleasant experience;unfortunately this is the closest costa to me.
Worst costa branch ever, no working toilet - club card machine doesnt work - 25÷ offer on coffee doesnt apply even if its displayed. If you are looking for a pleasant experience avoid this branch
