We do like this Costa and always get good service. They lose a star as you can't redeem loyalty points or coffees here from the Costa app, you can earn points but not spend them, which is odd.
Such rude staff. Waiting to buy an orange juice...no one else there then told to wait in a queue that had formed while I'd stood waiting my turn. Girl behind the till spoke to me like rubbish. Rochdale branch clearly have no customer skills. Disgusting! ????
Poor food selection and can be very slow service. Can be quicker to go to subway near by rather than queuing
Had a iced peach drink, lovely wanted a Strawberry mint iced tea but they had sold out. Nice alternative though. Service was great x
