We do like this Costa and always get good service. They lose a star as you can't redeem loyalty points or coffees here from the Costa app, you can earn points but not spend them, which is odd.

Such rude staff. Waiting to buy an orange juice...no one else there then told to wait in a queue that had formed while I'd stood waiting my turn. Girl behind the till spoke to me like rubbish. Rochdale branch clearly have no customer skills. Disgusting! ????

Poor food selection and can be very slow service. Can be quicker to go to subway near by rather than queuing

Had a iced peach drink, lovely wanted a Strawberry mint iced tea but they had sold out. Nice alternative though. Service was great x

Staff didn't know what they were doing half the time it took quite a time to be served .we just had coffee and tea.

Female staff who was working Monday 14/11/22 at opening, very rude with bad attitude and on her phone too busy texting giving 0% customer service, would not recommend this Costa at all

Described by the 2 staff on shift as "We're not a Costa, we're Odeon" when challenged.

Beware this store doesn't accept any offers from the Costa app despite being able to order on it.

They don't recognise any nationwide Costa discounts either.

Originally had to repeat my order for a 3rd time before it was correct and then appeared at a price completely different to that on the menu boards.

Better service at McDonalds on the same retail park!

Best Costa in Rochdale for me. Always get it right exactly. Get exactly what I ask for
